In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa set with sleep function as well as TV and radio. The kitchenette is open in the living room integrated and equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, microwave etc. Meals can be taken at the large table in the light-flooded loggia facing south. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space, the smaller bedroom with a daybed (usable as a single or double bed). The inside bathroom is equipped with shower, sink / toilet. A parking space is located in the parking garage in about 150 meters from Villa Mailin. There are two parking spaces in front of the house for loading and unloading. Pets are welcome in this apartment.
