This 53 square meter 2-room apartment is located in the 1st. First floor of the villa. The living room offers a small seating area consisting of couch and armchair with TV. The full kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. is integrated in the living room. Meals can be taken at the dining table in the sunlit south-facing loggia. The highlight of the loggia is the three-part window sash, which can be opened almost completely. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses, sufficient closet space and an additional TV. The bathroom en suite ensures privacy and is equipped with shower and washbasin / WC. From the furnished balcony to the lake side, which is accessible from the bedroom, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. Two more sleeping places in the loggia a sofa bed (mattress 160 x 200). These guests also have their own bathroom, which is equipped with bathtub and washbasin / WC. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. Pets are allowed in this apartment.

On the Kulm, in 2004, lovingly restored bath villa "San Marino" perched in a quiet, park-like grounds. Each tastefully decorated and cozy apartment has a balcony, terrace or loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground with two swings, a normal seesaw, a spring toy and two benches on the property.   In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the Heringsdorf pier. With 508m it is the longest pier in Germany. In addition, in the center are the popular concert shell and the largest beach chair in the world!   To round off the wellness program on holiday, a free communal sauna welcomes you from mid-September to mid-May in the middle entrance of "Haus Annette" (on the property). You can warm yourself up and relax on several sun loungers and in a small sitting area at the following times: 16: 00-22: 00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays In the "Haus Valentino" (on the property) you can use a bicycle storage room as well Fee to use a washing machine and a dryer.   Each apartment has 1 parking space available.
