This bright, approximately 52 square meters large 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and has a loggia and a terrace facing south, which promise plenty of sun in every season. The location of the house speaks for itself. In the living room guests will find a couch corner with a flat screen TV and radio / CD. Open in the living room is full kitchen incl. Oven hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Meals can be enjoyed in the sunny loggia. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. For a third person in the living room a cabinet bed. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath and vanity / WC. In addition, a separate guest toilet. The parking is located on the property and is the apartment assigned. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement. On the Kulm, in 2004, lovingly restored bath villa "San Marino" perched in a quiet, park-like grounds. Each tastefully decorated and cozy apartment has a balcony, terrace or loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground with two swings, a normal seesaw, a spring toy and two benches on the property.   In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the Heringsdorf pier. With 508m it is the longest pier in Germany. In addition, in the center are the popular concert shell and the largest beach chair in the world!   To round off the wellbeing program on holiday, from mid-September to mid-May a free communal sauna welcomes you in the middle entrance of "Haus Annette" (on the property). You can warm yourself up and relax on several sun loungers and in a small sitting area at the following times: 16: 00-22: 00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays In the "Haus Valentino" (on the property) you can use a bicycle storage room as well Fee to use a washing machine and a dryer.   Each apartment has 1 parking space available.
