This two-room apartment with 53 sqm living space offers 2-3 people space for a pleasant island stay. The spacious living area is furnished with a cozy sitting area with sleeping function and TV. The modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator etc. is integrated in the living room. The spacious open loggia houses the dining area. Here you stay for a little longer after meals. You can also catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea from here.  In the bedroom you will find a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and enough closet space. The bathroom has both shower with glass separation and bathtub and double sink / toilet. A balcony in the southeastern direction lures guests already for breakfast in the open. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. Pets are welcome in this apartment. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation.  

In the Villa Jasmin apartments are available in various sizes. All apartments have a balcony, terrace or loggia. The center of Heringsdorf and the pier with shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Washer and dryer for a fee are housed in the basement. Bicycles can be parked in the basement or on the property. We ask the holiday guests of Villa Jasmin on your arrival 50 euros in cash to deposit a deposit (remote control) ready to hold, thank you.
