Standing with the villa in the back on the promenade, you reach the right along on foot after about 10 minutes to the ice cream parlor Pinguin and the beach snack Seebär. Follow the beach road inland to stop in other restaurants and bistros. Scenic walks on the idyllic Schloonsee can be done by walking in front of the house from Maxim Gorki Street for about 5 minutes towards Bansin.   Suitable for people with mobility problems: An elevator will take you from the ground floor directly to the desired apartment and cellar level with sauna. To complete the well-being program on your holiday, heat up in the complimentary communal sauna and then relax on several sun loungers.   Your own or rented bicycles can be accommodated either at the entrance or protected in the bicycle cellar of the villa.
