This Recently Updated unit at Sundestin Beach Resort is located on the 12th floor and is unit number 1216. The unit will sleep 4 people very comfortably. There is one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, linens, paper products and small toiletries are also provided. The Sundestin provides an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a hot tub. There is a full-service restaurant and bar located in the lobby (delivery can be arranged). Guests can enjoy beach access via boardwalk and also rent beach chairs and umbrellas and gain access to various other water-sports from the beach vendor, all located directly behind the Sundestin.

Sundestin Beach Resort is located in the heart of Destin. Its location allows you easy access to the 2000 feet of pristine white beach and all of the golf, dining and relaxing you can handle. For all you fly-boys...and girls, the Destin Airport (KDTS) is located right across the street from Sundestin. The Sundestin is an extremely inviting and relaxing place to bring your family on that much needed vacation. It is centrally located within the heart of Destin, FL and is within walking distance of everything you might need during your vacation, including department and grocery stores, local souvenir shops and countless restaurants and cafes. Big Kahuna's Waterpark and The Track are both less than 1/2 mile away and are a big hit with the younger crowd.

Minor Mishaps but overall it was good
Overall , everything was great. There was a couple issues . The mattress pad and sheets were satined and the stove wasn’t clean. It didn’t affect me much because I went and purchased my own sheets and I didn’t cook during my stay . However , not everyone comes prepared to buy their own sheets. Other than that I enjoyed your location.

The condo looked beautiful, just like the pictures on line.
We had breakfast, lunch & a few dinners on the balcony overlooking the beautiful white sandy beaches nearly every day. Easy access to the beach, restaurant/bar & gift shop in the commons area in the resort. Very clean, friendly & quiet at all times. We’ll be back.

The beachfront condo has a good view of the pristine waters in Destin. The room was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property manager was very communicative and helpful as well. I completely missed the email with checkin instructions so I emailed the property manager and received a call within 15 minutes to explain everything. We paid for chair and umbrella service on the beach and enjoyed a perfect day listening to the crystal clear waves crash on the shore. Can’t wait to go back!

A bit disappointed
Unit was fine. Found a moldy lemon juice squeezer in utensils drawer though. Indoor hot tub was shut down and maintenance said it had been down over 6 months. Outdoor pool was closed down. Heard a lot of construction noise. Trash shoots were closed for renovation so we had to put garbage outside our doors. Not a good sight to see garbage bags everywhere. On a positive note, Jason allowed us to check in early which was nice and he was very good at getting back to us quickly

Certainly! Based on the details yI recently had the pleasure of staying at a property that truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a breathtaking view that promised—and delivered—spectacular sunsets every evening. It's one thing to admire a sunset in pictures, but experiencing it in the comfort of what felt like a luxury apartment was an entirely different and unforgettable experience. The apartment came furnished with everything one could possibly need, making it immediately feel like a home away from home. From a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishes, utensils, and all the necessary appliances, to the cozy touches like plush covers and soft towels, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable stay. It was evident that the hosts put a lot of effort into making sure their guests have a seamless and luxurious experience. Living in this apartment, even for a short while, felt like a dream. The combination of the stunning views, the comprehensive amenities, and the overall ambiance of luxury and comfort made my stay an absolute delight. 10/10 ⭐️s Communication and overall experience was great! The room was lovely and clean. The view was beautiful. And the hotel staff were kind and welcoming. My husbands only complaint was his 6ft4 self couldn’t get under the shower head well.. but that is the way the building was built and a personal problem! 😂😂 Thanks for the stay; and we will be back!

Stayed here for a full week. The property has just the basics so be prepared for that. Some things need to be updated. The cookware is all scratched up with the Teflon peeling off. Some of the cooking utensils are not usable as they are plastic and have been melted by previous renters. I was expecting more basic “necessities” like dish soap, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper to be provided. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper when we arrived. The living room couch needs to be replaced as noted in other renters reviews. It’s dirty and very uncomfortable. The location of the property is great and close to everything. Other than the small issues our stay was very pleasant and I would probably stay again.

The beaches in Destin, FL and the people who occupy them are some of the most comforting in the world. The stark white sands and emerald waters are very addicting and its proximity to most of the Eastern United States allows you and your family to 'live it up' at minimal cost.

What makes this property unique

SunDestin Beach Resort is great!... My wife and I enjoy the elegance of the high-rise, all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach, and the Endless Summer Grill (a full service restaurant and bar). We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
