Our space is influenced by the many mediums of art, music, and travel that we have enjoyed. We have created a space for us and others to feel inspired, at peace and rejuvenated when they walk into our doors. Our house is an 1900 Craftsman which allows a welcoming front porch to sip your morning tea or watch the sun go down rocking away the evening on the porch swing.
The house is full of walnut wood that was originally this area and repurposed into the homes they were building on the area in the early 1900's. With walnut columns, walnut pocket doors, and four walnut (now decorative) fireplaces it's hard to not think about the world then when this home was built.
The room adjacent to your bedroom and living room we've dedicated to writing, reading, drawing, reflecting, meditating, or whatever your heart fancies in the moment.
Our home includes a fully-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee & tea, fresh fruit and sundries. We love to support our local community so you will find many of our items are locally sourced too! Please feel free to look at our Guest Handbook for we have filled it with some of our local favorites, some of them right down the road!
Our historic home, built in 1900, comes with great unique characteristics and a few cute quirks that we find endearing. This house has been a fun labor of love. We have enjoyed trying our best to keep the ascetic and bones of the house while updating it sustainably while adding our own personal touch to it. Some doors stick a little but not to fret nothing a little wiggle and giggle and small nudge might be all that it needs! Please don't ever hesitate to reach out if you have any questions on our home!
