1259 Sharks Tooth Trail .. **NOW BOOKING FOR 2025** Welcome back to this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home that comes with a *NEW* complimentary Ion Lithium Denago golf cart w/ custom light package, sanitized linen/towels, and 1 GiG private WiFi included. **OUR PROPERTY HAS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE, MAINTAINED BY A PROFESSIONAL TURNOVER AGENCY PRIOR TO YOUR STAY!** Ocean Lakes has all the amenities and recreational opportunities that anyone could want, to make those unforgettable memories with family and friends. You are only a 1-minute ride on our *NEW* Margaritaville golf cart, to enjoy time on the beach. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, cornhole, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 10 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house upon arrival !!

This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a queen bed in each bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a private bath and an upgraded gel/memory foam mattress topper. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need for preparing any meal, including spices, and a dishwasher to help with the clean up. Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Enjoy your morning coffee with an ocean view from the front porch, with two rockers and table w/seating for four. The beachy Margaritaville atmosphere is continued down below the house with an outside area, great lounging, new furniture and including an entertainment center with a large LED cable TV and custom green LED lighting. There is a gas grill for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. There are lots of extras items for beach use, games and upgraded cable TV package on 3 large UHD TVs and a VCR with movie library for those times when you can't get out.

We love the location as it is only a minute ride on the golf cart, that is complimentary in the rental, to the beach but just far enough away from the busy section of Ocean Lakes to enjoy some quiet relaxing time. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a Family oriented community, the rental of this house is intended for families and extended families. Great Family Vacation

This was our second time to this house, and it was even better than the first. The house came with everything our family needed. The beach toys for the kids were great to have along with the new golf cart. Looking forward to staying here again.

Amazing vacation house for all!!

From the time we booked to after we left, this experience was perfect. The communication with the owner was always friendly and helpful. It was very clear that he wanted us to enjoy the entire week at the house. The decor was impressive. Much thought has gone into each aspect of the house. It even has a clock that read 5 o’clock all day long. The games and beach supplies are perfect for family time. The outdoor seating is great for visitors to relax while not crowding the house. The house made you feel comfortable the minute you walked in. The beds were super comfy and each room had the perfect amount of storage. We had 6 people for a few days and we never felt crowded. The house is stocked perfectly. We did not need to look long for anything. It was really nice to go to a VRBO and have paper products, detergent, spices, plus any kitchen appliance you could ask for. We were also the first to use the brand new golf cart and IT WAS AMAZING! Overall, this is a wonderful house to rent in a fun location for families. Thank you very much for the great week. We look forward to coming back next year!!

Fantastic Time!

We’ve been staying at Ocean Lakes for 9 years now. We got engaged and married at Ocean Lakes so have made it a family tradition over the years to come back which means we’ve stayed at a lot of different properties. I think this may be my very favorite. It was extremely clean, had everything you would need. The owners are absolutely wonderful and we felt at home! We will be returning for many more years! Already looking forward to next year!

Fantastic vacation home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here & couldn’t have asked for a better home to enjoy our OL Halloweekend trip in! Bud and Tammy have created such a lovely space underneath which we thoroughly enjoyed with our little one! Bud was very responsive and accommodating for us. Their home is fully stocked so anything you may forget most likely they will have there. Being able to use the beach equipment they’ve provided as well as their pack n play for our little was a nice bonus as well!

Can’t go wrong here

Everything was so easy. Pleasantly stocked. Bud was super friendly to talk to, and deal with. He even called me to check in when my wife and group hadn’t got there on anticipated time to make sure nothing had happened. Golf cart was a plus especially with my 4 year old. Can’t go wrong here and most definitely would rent from him again.

Fantastic ocean lakes home!

Bud & Tammy have a beautiful home, very clean and games for that rainy day we had during Hurricane Idalia. The golf cart is super nice & there are chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc in the shed. The owner checked on us during the storm & had great communication from booking to check-out. We have stayed many places in ocean lakes and this is by far our favorite =highly recommend

Absolutely AMAZING home!

We absolutely loved our stay! When we arrived it was clean, smelled amazing and everything was exactly as pictured. They aren't lying when they say the house is well stocked, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We cooked a few dinners here, enjoyed the hang out area below the house and loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We even made it an ongoing joke about the funny sound the trashcan makes when it closes. The beds were all super comfortable, it was very nice having all linens included. We had a small toddler here (2 yrs old) and it was very easy to watch him considering the house is even equipped with child safety locks. It was also nice having the smart tv in the living room so we could watch his favorite show at nighttime before bed. Bud was VERY responsive the entirety of our stay. I cannot recommend this house enough. The location was awesome, just a short golf cart ride to the beach but still on a very quiet street. If you're thinking about booking I definitely wouldn't hesitate, this place was nothing short of amazing and felt like home away from home!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

House was nice and clean when we arrived. We loved the house and the location. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that would have made our stay any better. We loved all the room and the sitting area underneath was so nice and comfy. Bud was so nice and communication was awesome for any questions I had. Definitely would stay again!

Fun Family Vacay
