About this property

Located on the 9th floor, on the East corner, this gulf front unit offers a massive balcony, with views for miles, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, plus a custom bunk nook for the kids. The bunk nook is in addition to the bedrooms.

NOTE:: OWNER ALSO HAS UNIT 904 ON SAME FLOOR. CAN ACCOMMODATE FAMILIES NEEDING UP TO 5 BRS NEXT TO ONE ANOTHER AND CAN SLEEP UP TO 16 BETWEEN THE 2 CONDOS.

909 Grand Panama offers a generous living/dining room area with balcony access and views to both the south, and east from windows that bathe unit in sunlight and offer views from every angle.

The master bathroom offers a king bed and elegantly appointed ensuite bath. There is guest bedroom with queen bed and gulf and coastline views, a second guest room with city and bay views, and even a custom bunk nook in the hall way.

Grand Panama offers guests a massive gulf front resort pool, tiki bar, and expansive pool deck as well as a second pool off the beach that is heated in the cooler months. 3 High Speed elevators, and impeccably maintained, Grand Panama is one of the newest condos in PCB and close to Pier Park, and all of the Restaurants and fun.

909 Grand Panama will consider a dog under 25 lbs (with $225 plus tax pet fee per dog) and must be registered in advance with the HOA which charges a $20 fee per pet. Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and prime summer months.

This is a condo for FUN families only.. If you are rude, hateful, or just plain mean.. this is not your place.

Awesome stay

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful week and the condo was great! We had plenty of room and it was high enough for a good view, but not too inconvenient for coming and going! Thank you! We really liked being in the corner unit as well because of the extra windows!

Cleanliness

It was a nice condo but cleanliness was very unsatisfactory. We had to buy cleaning and mopping products because the flior left my granddaughters feet black, as well as the rest of the family. The washer ruined a few pieces of our clothing because it had black grime in the washer. We also deep cleaned the washer. There was a terrible smell coming from the sink, we also deep cleaned it. Bottom line, we spent a lot of time cleaning. Your cleaning company needs to step up their game. I would book again. We liked the area.

Really nice condo with Amazing views!

This condo was in the best location! Being a corner unit allowed us the best views and a great cross breeze on the balcony!! Condo has really nice decor, very spacious, and comfortable. We especially love the pet area outside!! It has automatic lights that pop on when you take your pet out at nighy! Warren Beach Rentals were amazing, and very responsive to any text or email I sent! This is the 2nd time we've rented from them, and now, they are the only agency we will use!

Our stay was AWESOME!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Warren Beach Rentals!! When we arrived to check in, we found that the side of the building where the unit we rented was located was having exterior painting performed rendering the unit unusable. The building management neglected to notify Warren Beach Rentals. They were amazing!! They had us in a different unit in the same resort on the same floor in less than 30 minutes!! We couldn’t be more pleased with their prompt response! And both units we great!! We will definitely bypass the big sites and go directly to Warren Beach Rentals for our future visits to the Emerald coast!! Thanks Warren Team!!

Nice and clean but the pool was closed

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We were super disappointed that the pool in our building was closed. This was not communicated to us and was a game changer really. The jelly fish were really bad so we were wanting to use the pool in our building. Finally, we had a family of 7 so it was a tight squeeze to watch a movie together. Not a huge common area for a large family.

2022 family vacation

We all loved the condo Grandparents, parents, kids & even the family dog. Communication was amazing, fast response and very helpful even when I dropped the ball. I will definitely be using Warren Beach Rentals for all of our future Panama City Beach vacations!

Very nice condo

Very nice and a good location. The pet fee is extreme but otherwise a good value. There were a couple of minor issues. Blender didn't work but we just bought an inexpensive one at nearby Walmart. Also fitted sheet in master bedroom was too small for the mattress and wouldn't stay on. Only 3 elevators to service 22 floors but no long waits, we were there in September so not sure about peak season.
