In this well-equipped apartment you will find a living room with a comfortable seating area with leather furniture and flat screen TV. The dining area and the kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc. are also integrated in the living room. The furnished balcony lures guests already for breakfast in the open air. Both bedrooms are covered with parquet flooring and each furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and enough closet space. The interior bathroom has a shower, toilet and double vanity. In addition, there is a guest toilet available. A car parking space, which requires a little driving skills, is located in the underground car park and is assigned to the apartment.
