Wir waren vom 28.05.-02.06.24 zu Gast bei Herrn Woitas in der Ferienwohnung Harz-Wichtel. Wir durften uns bereits 10.00 Uhr die Schlüssel über einen Schlüsseltresor abholen, was uns sehr entgegen kam.In der Wohnung gab es nichts auszusetzen.Alles was wir für den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung benötigten war sauber und vorhandenen.Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.Wir möchten uns bei Herrn Woitas bedanken und würden gerne wieder kommen . Prima vakantiewoning op gunstige locatie
Woning is voor een week prima en voorziet in vrijwel alles. Locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum van Sankt Andreasberg en prettig startpunt voor mooie wandeltochten in de omgeving.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen mit allem was man braucht , der erhoffte Schnee kam auch noch. Alles in allem wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Eine gemütliche Wohnung in einer super Lage. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was zum Leben benötigt wird. Viele Möglichkeiten zu Unternehmungen, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Nur die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter lief anfangs leider etwas sperrlich, klappte dann aber doch ganz gut.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Die Buchung, Organisation und Kommunikation im Vorwege lief super ab! Vor Ort war alles vorbereitet, die Wohnung selbst sauber und ordentlich. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Spielsachen für Kleinkinder und auch Bücher. Für den abendlichen Zeitvertreib gibt es Gesellschaftsspiele und DVDs. Hier wurde wirklich an so ziemlich alles gedacht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top! Einzig die Pauschale von 12 € pro Person für Bettwäsche und Handtücher fand ich etwas überzogen, aber das haben wir dann eben alles selbst mitgebracht. Das Kinderzimmer fällt relativ klein aus, aber für unseren Kurzurlaub war es völlig ausreichend, da wir auch ohnehin viel unterwegs waren. Auch die Nachbarn in dem Haus sind nett und haben uns freundlich begrüßt! Fazit: hier geben wir gerne 5 Sterne und kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder! Vielen Dank!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Balkon mit der Aussicht sind die einfach traumhaft. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!!!/

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Einrichtung und sämtliches Zubehör lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziges Manko: Es wurde in der Wohnung geraucht. Leider war für Luftreinigungsgerät kein unbelasteter Hauptfilter vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Aussatttung
Wir haben ein sehr schönes verschneites Wochenende in Sankt Andreasberg verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort und ist super ausgestattet. Ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass sie sehr ruhig ist. Für unsere Zwecke war es zudem praktisch, dass sowohl Wanderwege als auch die Rodelbahn schnell zu erreichen waren.
