Not as clean as it should be

Initially the house seemed fine when we arrived. We did notice some dirty dishes but it wasn’t a big deal as we just threw them in the dishwasher. However as the days went on we realized the house wasn’t as clean as it should be. The kids noticed dirty sheets and crumbs in the upstairs bunk bed. Toys and trash that were left from previous guests was found dead ñ the king size bedroom in the first floor. Multiple calls were made about the pool/hot tub not working and it never worked since we arrived which was one of the main reasons I chose this house specifically. The icing on the cake was when my sister in law and niece slept in the frozen themed room On the last day and contracted lice. Needless to say we will not be staying here anytime soon.

It was ok

This home had plenty of room for our party of 4 couples and 4 kids, but be aware that there are only 2 TVs in the two common areas, so for Pop to be able to retreat for a little peace and quiet and watch TV in his room, wasn't possible or for a couple turning in for an early night and a movie, would be a no. There were no TVs in any bedroom. Also, no listing of how to get wifi. A password was given, but didn't work with any of the networks that appeared for us to join. A message was sent to the owner during the stay but no reply. One of our guests had some business to handle so this caused a little stress for him. The house was clean enough, the resort community area is nice but gets quite crowded, but of course the golfers in our group are always pleased with the nearby courses.

Short weekend getaway!

We stayed in Ray’s loving home for two nights and had a great time. The home was clean and and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again!
