This Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a sitting area that leads out to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The property that started it all, Phoenix I is the original! In 2018, the entire building received a complete update. Some of those improvements included energy-efficient, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors facing the Gulf-front balconies. Also, a new beach boardwalk, improved grilling area, updated lobby and lighted Phoenix symbol on North of building, making it easily recognizable!

Enjoy the amenities available at Phoenix I featuring hot tubs, saunas, indoor racquetball and lighted outdoor tennis courts. Sweat it out in the fitness room, have a picnic under the gazebo, and take a dip in the solar-heated outdoor pool, including a kiddie pool!

You can take in the sunset from your own balcony or watch the waves on the sand. You’re only steps away from the edge of the water! Quick trip

Great location, beautiful view. Needs a little tlc. Upon entering my friend found sand on the twin beds. No dish washing liquid to clean dishes. Cabinets had some doors hanging crooked and paint peeling. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great week. The condo was very nice and accomodated us very well. Nicely decorated...felt like a home away from home. The owners were great to deal with...very friendly and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Location was everything for us as we stayed right across from some good restaurants! The view from the balcony was everything. It felt good to just be able to walk down stairs and not walk far to the beach. Everything was everything to say the least!

Family Vacation

A great stay and fun on the beach. The elevators did great to the 11th floor with little wait once we got past the Sat. Check in hours. The condo was very nice and clean. The charcoal grills need an adjustable grate for the charcoal. The grill is deep and took significant charcoal to stay hot and cook.

Short birthday trip

The listing was perfectly described! We ended up with more children than at the original booking but the owners were very gracious about the last minute update. The space was a bit small for 7 but that is completely on me for adding additional bodies to the space. It is perfect for a family of four and it’s a great location with easy access to the beach and pool. We would definitely book again.

Cleanliness was a concern

We had a great time during our stay and enjoyed the condo. However, it seemed as though it missed its last cleaning. Hair everywhere, food still in the fridge, sheets didn’t seem clean (hair), washer was dirty, and a mildew smell on initial walk-in (which was better after our lysol spray-down). Great location, awesome beach access and literally no check-in process, which we loved.

Amazing!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and offering stunning views. The condo itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The owners were fantastic with communication, always quick to respond and very helpful. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Overall, great condo!

Great condo, with a few minor issues. All beds are uncomfortable. The twin beds in the smaller bedroom are extremely noisy if you even roll over. A few minor things could be improved, but overall a great condo with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs some TLC

Communication with property owner was good and responses were in a timely manner. Condo needs an update, from a hole in the 2nd bedroom door, hot water facet in master bedroom did not work, ( which she offered to come fix and we declined) door handles are coming off the doors. Need to wash clothes twice for them to be clean and drying takes forever and this is with very small loads of laundry. Patio furniture is cheap. One chair is broken. Lots of things are rusty metal fixtures and hot water knob in the bathroom is falling off. The view is amazing and the beds are pretty comfortable!! I would add some rugs also.

Nice place, fast response time from owner

We checked in, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet due to some mix up with the contractor. Called Terra, and she had someone show up 15min later to clean everything for us. We went down to the beach for a bit and came back to everything taken care of. Can't complain when customer service was that great and fast to correct the issue. She likely won't answer your phone call at first, but leave a voice-mail as instructed and she calls back almost immediately. I will say that some of the furniture was really worn from people sitting with salt water residue on them. It wasn't a problem for us though. Super easy beach access and very quiet at night time. I do wish the pool was open later than 10p though. We went to Hangout, so we were never back early enough to use it. Ended up sitting on the beach and wading late night all weekend.
