A first bedroom with a 140 bed and a large dressing room. On the first floor, a second bedroom with 1 140 bed and a closet, a third bedroom with a 90 bed and closet and a fourth bedroom with 2 90 beds and closet; also a shower room with bathtub, sink and towel dryer, separate WC. Outside, a large garden with trees with terrace furniture and parking spaces on enclosed land. Pets are allowed in the house. The house is non-smoking.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
