About this property

Western/Montana style rental close to everything Southwestern Montana has to offer. 7 minutes from Yellowstone Airport. This is a large gated property with plenty of space and privacy. Great for families, and fishing, hunting or skiing groups.

This is a 3 floor house including finished basement space for a total of 5600sq ft. The upper floor has a on suite (Shower) bedroom with a king bed, 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full. There is also an open bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds and one queen bunk bed. There is a shared bath (Shower) for these rooms.

The main floor has a master on suite (Shower, tub) with a king bed, great room, kitchen, dining room and laundry.

The finished basement includes 2 additional bedrooms with king size beds, a shared bath (Shower, tub) and a family/game room.
We also offer personal grocery shopping and chef services. Message for more information.

This rental is in a mixed use area. There are pastures for a neighboring vet clinic and views of the Bridger Mountains behind the house.
The house is completely gated/fenced off from the surrounding businesses.

We work on site so we are available for any questions you have in person or by phone after hours.

Our goal is to make this a beautiful and comfortable rental. We look forward to hosting families and other groups, but also want respectful renters who will care for the home and it's contents and abide by house rules during their stay. We have a strict NO PETS and no smoking policy. Please don't bring a pet and attempt to conceal it; we have had guests try this unsuccessfully in the past. Deception is grounds for immediate termination of your stay. If you or your guests can't commit to the house rules, please choose another rental.

There is an additional apartment with loft on the same site that we manage. Vrbo 2430430. When available, it has 2 queen beds (one is in the loft) and one bath if you need more space. it is not suitable for children under 13 because of the open loft which is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase.

Amazing property!

We loved this property! We were in Bozeman for my daughter‘s wedding and our whole family stayed with us. Everyone loved their rooms and all the activities the house provided. The backyard was wonderful for multiple children ages 2 to 7. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodated our large numbers. We spent lots of time playing basketball, frisbee, on the swings and on the back patio. The proximity to the airport and I-90 was very convenient. Huge thank you to Jen the property owner for making this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

Sprawling, private space near everything

Our family of 14 (3 generations) had a fabulous stay in this spacious home while we were in town for my nephew's wedding. This beautiful home is tucked behind some buildings off some regular thoroughfares, giving it a surprisingly beautiful, private location. Only 6 minutes from the Bozeman airport and 20 minutes from Bozeman itself, the location was perfect for us as our bride and groom are both residing right there in Belgrade. The multiple rooms and beds easily accommodated our family with perfect space to spread out and maintain a level of privacy. Two stunning master baths, two shared baths and a half bath in the main living area were sufficient for all. We cooked some wonderful breakfasts in the well-supplied, open kitchen. The game room downstairs provided hours of fun with air hockey, a pool table, and a dual-shot arcade basketball game. The backyard area with a lighted patio area, sand volleyball court, beautiful landscaping and a couple of swingsets provided our 2-year-old grandson room to explore. As a first visit to Montana for many in our family, we ventured out for a challenging hike to Lava Lake, enjoyed the Grizzly Encounter, and a few of us sited a young moose on a driving descent in the Gallatin National Forest. The wedding itself was set in the picturesque outdoors at a nearby farm. We all highly recommend this well-furnished and beautifully decorated home!

Graduation Weekend

Our extended family of 13 stayed at this amazing house for my son's graduation from MSU. It was perfect since there were so many bedrooms and bathrooms and we could all be together under one roof. The weather was nice and we were able to use the outside patio. We also had an unbelievable showing of the Northern Lights from the back yard. Then kitchen had everything we needed and even some staples like spices, sugar, and flour in case we needed it. We appreciated everything and would recommend the house to anyone with a big family.

Great for large family!

Beautiful, well-stocked home. Worked great for our group of family and friends. We had grandparents down to a 5yo. Plenty of comfortable beds for all of us.

Large Perfect Cabin!

I stayed at this cabin with a group of friends, we loved it! This cabin is very close to the airport and was easy to get to. The location is perfect, we skied at Big Sky, Bridger Bowl and we were able to get to downtown Bozeman in a reasonable time as well. The cabin is huge, very clean and they even left some candies! The house is stocked with anything you may need to cook with or use during your stay. The property is quiet and secluded. Our host was amazing, super kind and attentive. Great place to stay!

Montana Christmas

This home was great for our Family Christmas in Montana. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. The two king suites were great for our group and the rooms in basement were nice. The property is located in a little bit of what I would consider a commercial/industrial area. There are storage units in front of it. Typically, we stay in properties with more of a neighborhood feel or acreage surrounding us, so this was unexpected. However, overall the property was still great and we enjoyed our stay.

Best Thanksgiving ever!!!

We LOVE this place!

This is our second year visiting this home. The house is perfect for our large group! Fun places for kids to hang out, sprawling yard, huge table. Clean, beautiful place. Little extra touches and things provided that give the feel of a lavish stay. Host was easy to get in touch with and offered quick responses to any questions. Very pleased!!

Beautiful house!

We loved our stay! From the photos, I was not expecting the location to be next to a new housing development and storage unit. Our Ubers had a hard time finding us. The house was clean and very spacious. There were some horses in the backyard too! Would be a great house for family vacation and conveniently close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with every amenity

This home is so much more than advertised. Jen is so easy to work with and very accommodating. The home is wonderful for children and they have everything you can possibly think of to make your vacation enjoyable. So relaxing to sit in the back lanai and enjoy the view and the beautiful landscaped yard. Volleyball court and horse shoes were a bonus. Even had basketball hoop and bouncy balls. Would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful Oasis

The house was phenomenal and suited our group really well. It was a great location for the activities we wanted to do around Bozeman, but also was a really comfortable and well-designed space for us to spend time together in the evenings. We had beautiful and quiet views of the mountains and nature.

Wonderful place in a beautiful location

This home is fabulous!! Located in a beautiful setting with a beautiful yard and this home has lots of living spaces and lots of great bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cookware. And the dining room has a big beautiful table with plenty of space for all of us. Jenn was very easy to get ahold of and took great care of us. We would definitely come back here.

Great home for large group

Great home for a large group. We had a few families all related, 19 of us. The kids had a blast with the sandpit volleyball and adults with horseshoe. Property was close enough to enjoy attractions around the Bozeman area including going into Yellowstone park. Home was in great shape, nice bedrooms/baths, and kitchen very roomy for large meal prep. Only suggestion would be to have the outdoor lighting working for volleyball and an extra propane tank for the outdoor grill. The host was very responsive to our questions and addressed any needs that we may have had.

My name is Jen. I have been married to my husband Bill for 3 years we are both previously widowed and have 5 kids and 11 grandkids between us. We love hiking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Our company recently purchased this property. It has an existing smaller rental which can sleep 4 and we saw the great potential the large house on the property had to to be a rental for larger groups. We are excited to host this great home!

What makes this property unique

Close to Yellowstone Airport, close to I-90. Just a little over an hour to Yellowstone national Park. Bridger Ski Area and Big Sky are both about a half hour drive. Fishing, hunting, hiking and many other recreational activities are nearby.
