Very comfortable, fully furnished and appliance with all your cooking needs. Open, bright and airy. Just 13 miles to Manasota Beach and 16 miles to Venice Beach. Only 10 miles to Down Town Punta Gorda. Very quiet neighborhood.

Just Lovely
My sister and I stayed here for a weekend. It was beautifully updated and in a quiet location only 30 minutes to Florida's beautiful beaches. It was easy to find and to access. We would stay here again.

Overall Very Happy with our Stay
Pros: House was recently renovated and is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could possibly need, with the exception of a few very minor things (dishcloths, washrags, air freshener, things like that. Not a big deal at all.) Location is great, only about 1/2 hour to beaches/gulf and very close to conveniences and stores such as Walmart, Publix, Aldi, Home Depot, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Tamiami Trail is very close by which is convenient, but a bit noisy sometimes. Appliances are all new and very nice. Beds are very comfortable and the house is spacious. Cons: Some dishes were in the cupboard unwashed. Owners are living in a camper right next to the house, and share the laundry machines in the garage. Was a bit awkward having them right there, but also convenient when there was an issue because they were able to fix things right away. Floor in kitchen must have gotten wet at some point and is warped and makes loud snapping noises when you walk on it. Door lock acted funny on our last day there, locking and unlocking on it's own, not sure what caused it. Owner offered to change it to a keyed lock but since it was at the end of our stay, it wasn't necessary. Owner has cameras on the premises in the front and back of the house. While I understand why they would do this, it's just kind of awkward for the renters. Overall very happy with our stay.

Had everything we needed!
My family and I stayed at this location over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and the location was great. Close to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. The house was decorated just like a model home. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Ample kitchen supplies to make cooking easy for thanksgiving. The host was available even during a holiday weekend to answer questions. Our stay was perfect.

A Second home feeling!!!
I had to travel for my grandfather funeral and I was worried that I would not be able to find a house where we could stay. But the second that I stepped a foot in the house, I already loved and appreciated the ambiance. My time spent there nothing less then perfect. The house was spotless, beautiful and huge. I would highly recommend this house because that is one of the best experience that I had. I will always check if this house is available whenever I go there!!!. I left speechless and in love with this house.!!!! Thank you for making me feel comforted and at home!!!
