Welcome to the Alpine Family Retreat, nestled against the Coconino National Forest for your enjoyment and relaxation,. Escape into the natural beauty Flagstaff offers fused with luxurious modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and plenty for children to explore. Hike right into the Coconino forest directly from the backyard or start the magic on your way to Polar Express, which is only 20mins away.
The space
Our home provides open space living for you to share and enjoy with your family and friends. When some alone time is needed, you can retreat to any of the tastefully decorated four bedrooms for your comfort and privacy.

The master suite includes a king size bed, plenty of storage, and a jacuzzi bathtub in its master bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with another bedroom equipped with a bunk bed that can sleep 2. The final bedroom includes a queen size bed and a stationary bike for those who wish to fit in indoor workout during your stay.

Additionally, anyone up to the age of 99 can enjoy the playroom that is equipped with board games, a 55 inch TV and a PS4 to share hours of fun when you are not out enjoying the outdoors! The spacious garage fits 2 cars with additional uncovered parking for up to 3 more cars. Garage also has a 240 V Tesla outlet for EV charging.

Saving the best for last, the backyard opens to the vast Coconino National Forest and includes a gas grill, fire pit, zipline, and access to the forest for endless hours of beauty and hiking.

Please let us know if you have any young guests in your party so we can prepare for their need.
Guest access
The Alpine Family Retreat is 10 mins west of Flagstaff on I40. It is situated in a quiet, family neighborhood, so please drive carefully as you enter the area. There is plenty of parking space with a large garage that fits 2 cars and outside parking for 3 more. NO PARKING AT THE STREET. Sliding door access to the back, which takes you out to the private gate to the Coconino National Forest. There are a few cupboards that are locked to store our private items. There is also a PET fee of $50 / pet

We have lived in Arizona for over 24 years and love how much natural beauty and variety there is!! Like most people our lives are busy with work, raising three children, and day to day life as it comes....so we completely understand the importance of a stress-free getaway. Therefore we have tried to think of every detail possible for your comfort and relaxation to try to make our home feel as your own during this time away. Please enjoy your stay and we're only a phone call away should you need anything

Great central location

We chose this property for the central location. It did not disappoint. The house is well maintained & clean. Great open space in the main room/kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. You are in a neighborhood, but once you are in the house, you feel like you are more remote because of the woods behind it. The location is central to Grand Canyon & Sedona area making it easy to choose what to do everyday. We were unable to explore the backyard due to the snow, but looks like it would be an awesome place in the warmer months. Thanks again for the great vacation home!

Perfectly located west of Flagstaff

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was more than expected. House was perfectly designed for our three generations. The zip line in back yard was a bonus for the kids. And, we discovered lots to do in Williams!

The Forest Awaits!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this home. The backyard opens up to the forest which made for many adventures with the kids. We found an awesome tree swing and fort. The neighborhood park is really nice and a short walk! Will want to bring your own spices and Tupperware or ziplocs. The home has a great layout, but most of our time was spent in the backyard when we were there!
