2BD, 2BA home in CB. Walk to the shuttle stop.

The Space:
This townhouse is located in the town of Crested Butte within walking distance of everything you need. The unit is centrally located - the heart of downtown is a quick 5 minute walk away or a 7 minute shuttle bus ride to the ski slopes. The school playground is just across the street and there are two parks nearby. The upstairs living allows for great natural light and a cozy, warm atmosphere in the main living space. Note:There is a loft w/stairs off the kitchen behind the gas stove, but that area is now for storage as town regulations don't allow sleeping or habitation because of the lack of safe egress.

The unit has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed and a separate queen bed. This property sleeps 6 total and has an additional pull out chair upstairs. There are 2 full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs. A fully stocked kitchen set up for gourmet cooking rounds out this property. The balcony has beautiful views, a gas grill and seating for 4 - perfect for relaxing! Note:outdoor table and chairs have been stored during winter months, so not pictured in current photos.

The unit has a full size washer/dryer. There is satellite TV in the master and family room. The master has a TV with DVD. The guest room has a TV that can be hooked up to a travel or regular DVD player. Plug in and enjoy. The family friendly unit is stocked with lots of fun games just in case of a rainy day.

You cannot find a better deal in the town of Crested Butte!

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. Failure to follow these rules will incur extra cleaning fees. There is only 1 off-street parking space.

Great home close to everything

My wife, pup and I enjoyed our four day stay in the The Red Lady! Super clean, lots of room and comfortable beds! We’d love to stay there again.

Ski Trip

Property is set up well for ski vacations. Plenty of room as you enter to store coats, shoes and snow gear. Short walk to get to the bus stop to head to the mountain or to walk downtown. Comfortable living space and kitchen to cook your own meals!

Great location, price, and comfortable

Had a wonderful stay at the Red Lady, fit 6 women very comfortably. Kitchen is super well stocked for cooking in. Location is ideal and property manager is very communicative. Had a warm welcome from a neighbor who was so kind.

Clean and comfortable

The unit was great for us with a quick walk to downtown and the Green Lake trail. It has everything you need - plenty of towels and bedding. And all the kitchen necessities -plus a few more things you didn't know you would need.

4th of July in CB

We love coming to CB every summer. We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful home directly off the main part of town and in walking distance from Clarks. This property was very clean, and came with nice linens. The kitchen was well organized, easy to use and came with a variety of dishes, pots and pans and glassware. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Almost perfect

Everything was top notch with two minor exceptions. The TV in the main room was faulty. One quarter of the screen was very dim. Secondly there were no window shades in the back portion of the main living area so afternoon sun was very annoying.

Great House, Great location!!!

We loved this house! It had all the comforts of home. Great bed (it was only a queen), TV and DVD player. You can check out movies from the library. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place on the edge of town

This was a great little place right on the edge of town. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything that made it feel like home. Having the grill was a nice addition. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed in town. The layout was roomy and spacious for our whole family. Our only complaint was the area construction traffic during the week started at 7AM and went right by the master bedroom. Overall, it's a great place and has everything you need to enjoy the mountains.

A Hidden Gem

Great family spot!

We loved the setup and location of the house - quick access to town, restaurants, and several parks. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had internet issues and both the host and property manager were super responsive and active in trying to resolve the issues. They handled it as you'd hope and credited us for the inconvenience. It was a fantastic vacation - we'll be back!!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this darling property. I would highly recommend it. Great open kitchen dining and family room. Property manager and owner were very responsive from the beginning! We would return for sure.

Nice townhouse close to parks and downtown

Communication with owner was responsive. Townhouse is very bike/walkable to everything in town. Good internet. Cleanliness/general maintenance of interior could be improved. Exterior painters actually showed up to paint in the middle of our stay. Decent spot for a last minute booking in town.

Perfect Crested Butte location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect- walk to town for restaurants and shops, park, school with playground and bike park close by for the kids, access to hiking and biking trails just a few blocks away. House was well equipped in the kitchen and any house needs. Cozy and comfortable accommodations. Fabulous and quick communication with owner. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location on the edge of town and better in person than Vrbo pics.

Perfect house and location for a family with 3 boys (ages 6-11). It’s across the street from soccer field and bmx bike park (kids who like to ride bikes will do it for hours everyday). Both bedrooms are on 1st floor which keeps them cool throughout the summer day. House does need some kitchen supplies. Only knives in kitchen were butter knives. We would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Great location and available sleeping arrangements.

This property provides great access to downtown. Lots happening during summer and ski seasons. Nice not to have to drive for meals out or fun downtown. I do think more attention to detail by housekeeping would make a difference. Lots of cobwebs and spiders. Most appeared to have been there awhile, but fall is a prime time for critters. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of storage. Beds are comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Town Home - Great Location

We found your town home to be a wonderful fit for our family. With 7 members staying for a week, I was concerned about having enough space for us and our "toys", waders, boots, fly rods, 2 sets of golf clubs, and rock climbing gear. The 2 BR + / 2 BA town home accommodated the family and our toys. The was clean. quiet, well equipped and very close to shopping, movies. and restaurants.
