The accommodation:
Come and enjoy your holiday in this apartment ideally located 100 m from the Lecques beach (fine sand beach). On the 1st and last floor of this small residence you will find a living room equipped with a television, a sofa bed for 2 people. This space gives access to a terrace and allows you to sunbathe or have lunch with your family!

On the night side you have a bedroom equipped with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and another bedroom with 2 beds 80. A closet allows you to store your belongings.

You will also find a small bathroom equipped with a shower and a single sink unit. The toilet is independent.

Parking:
You have the ability to park your vehicle in the residence which is closed and private

Equipment:
The apartment has a washing machine, an outdoor space with table and garden chairs. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment to prepare good summer dishes. There is also a filter coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a freezer, a ceramic hob with 4 burners, a toaster, a bread cutting board, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, a television, a fan and a plancha for your grills!

Sheets and bath towels:
As an optional extra and on request (€25 for the double bed kit and €15 for the towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, duvets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to 1000 euros.
