Summary:
Only 200 m from the kilometric fine sandy beach of Dènia is this sunny 2 bedroom appartment (built in 2003) situated in a private residential complex in the area of Las Marinas. The appartment is on the first floor (with lift). From the balcony you overlook a Mediterranean garden with a large communal pool. The flat has a living-dining room, a closed kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The covered terrace has a seating area with an outdoor table and chairs.

The Space:
Double walled solid construction with insulation, shutters, fitted kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 1 bedroom with a bed 1,60 x 1,90 m , one sofa bed 1,40 m x 1,90 m, air conditionings, artificial marble floors, bathroom with bathtube, hot water via electric boiler, WIFI Internet free, satellite TV (only free "news" channels), etc.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet communal area in Denia, Las Marinas, only 200 m to the beach and 3 km to the centre of Denia. In the direct surroundings there are restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities.

Other Things to Note:
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge. The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.
Television is available in 4 languages: Spanish, English, German and French.

Optional services:
- 1x bed linen and 2x towels (large and small) at 20€/person.
- 1x pool towel for 10 €/person.
- 50€/dog per stay.

De veritables vacances au soleil et au bord de mer. Le logement etait agreable meme si la clim dans la deuxieme chambre aurait ete tres utile. L appartement est en bout de rue, ce qui favorise le bruit exterieur dommage pour les nuits paisibles! Piscine tres bien.

Au top pour les jeunes qui aiment faire la fête !
Piscine communautaire, proximité de la plage (sable fin) restaurants et boulangerie en face de la résidence appréciable... la boîte de nuit ORION (musique cubaine jusqu'à 7 h du mat tous les samedi soir) nettement moins !!!

Muy familiar, playa cerca, piscina excelente
Nos ha gustado mucho, la playa está muy cerca, tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca. La piscina muy tranquila, urbanización muy familiar y el apartamento muy cómodo. El ruido de la carretera por la noche puede ser a veces molesto, pero se cierran ventanas y se puede descansar.

sehr gepflegte Anlage
alles top, bis dass die Wohnung an einer sehr lauten Strasse liegt und auch Nachts viel los ist( ca. 3 Uhr nachts werden die Müllcontainer geleert) ist es toll gewesen. Die Vermieter von FE-WO waren immer erreichbar. Leider ist es für 4 Personen etwas eng (das 2. Schlafzimmer ist dann zu klein) aber für 3 Personen ideal, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir kommen wieder, aber nur mit 3 Personen
