This 80 sqm 2-room apartment in the attic can be reached via the elevator. The spacious living area with plenty of windows has a cozy sitting area with large flat screen TV and music system. The modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave etc. offers plenty of space. A dining table for 6 people is also integrated in the living room. From the dining area you can enter the adjacent lake balcony, from where you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea through the pine trees. At the desk you can provide your picture postcards with holiday greetings. The large bedroom with a bathroom en suite is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and enough closet space. Here is a second flat TV for entertainment available. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin / WC. From the bathroom as well as from the kitchen you can enter the smaller east-facing balcony, which promises much sunshine in the morning. The second bathroom can be reached from the hall, it is equipped with shower and washbasin / WC. A parking space is available on the enclosed property. A storage room for bicycles and a laundry room with washer and dryer are available in the basement (Münzbetrieb). In the neighboring house "Villa Darja" you reach the wellness rooms with sauna (Münzbetrieb).

Standing with the villa in the back on the promenade, you reach the right along on foot after about 5 minutes to the ice cream parlor Pinguin and the beach snack Seebär. Follow the beach road inland to stop in other restaurants and bistros. Scenic walks on the idyllic Schloonsee can be done by walking in front of the house from Maxim Gorki Street for about 5 minutes towards Bansin.   Suitable for people with mobility problems: An elevator takes you from the ground floor directly to the desired floor level.   To complete the well-being program on your holiday, you can warm yourself up in the communal sauna in the "Villa Darja" (on the property, for a fee) and relax.   Your own or rented bicycles can be sheltered in a bicycle storage room.
