This modern and high quality furnished 66 square meter three-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs with orientation to the southeast. The bright living room, with a large window is a dining table which seats up to 4 people and set up a comfortable couch corner. Flat-screen TV and radio / CD player are standard. The open kitchen is fully integrated in the living room with oven / stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave pp. equipped. From the living room you can catch a glimpse of the dunes of the Baltic Sea. The large, south facing, furnished balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and promises sun all day. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available. The parking is located in the underground garage and the apartment assigned. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

If you appreciate peace in idyllic nature, leisurely walks on and around the Schloonsee are just the thing. After about 5 minutes you will reach the paths that lead to the water. Your own or rented bicycles can be accommodated in a separate bike room protected in the "House Baltic" protected.   Each apartment is 1 parking space in the garage or in the courtyard available. Wi-Fi access is available on request upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation.
