Great spot - cozy cabin and lots of space

We had a great ski weekend staying in this slope side cabin. It was just our family - but we could’ve split with another family, as it has an entire floor below with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. The only trouble we had was the gas line is by the ladder to the bunk bed, so one of the kids bumped it off which resulted in us waking to a cold house. When we called Vacasa, they tried to tell us heat was not included with the house, which of course was not correct (listed as no central air), then we quickly realized someone had accidentally bumped it off. By the time we were done skiing for the day, it was back to comfortable temps. Really nice to have a wood burning fireplace and ski down for the first lift. Can’t beat the location

Excellent choice for slope side

Lovely large home, just as advertised, and conveniently only the 2nd house in from the ski trail and lifts. Never used our car once during our stay. The propane grill on the deck next to the kitchen is a big plus even during winter stays. The fireplace is huge and amazing. I would have given all 5 stars but both the icemaker and dishwasher were not functional. The local management company offered a daily discount rate refund for this inconvenience.

Great home close to slopes

Great house, walkable to slopes. Cool layout with plenty of room to spread out. Very clean. Hope to stay again in the future. We also had an issue with trash not picked up from previous renters - we arrived and all three bins were full of garbage. I communicated with the management company both the day of our arrival and the following day and the bins were not emptied by the time our stay ended. Not a huge deal, but once we needed to start putting our trash outside it just piled up.

January in Vermont

This was our third time staying in this home. We love how comfortable it is and how close to the mountain it is. We had a few problems this time though, the water heater broke on our first night and luckily we had a room upstairs to move my daughter, son in law and granddaughter. Then the oven broke as well. Luckily we had the toaster oven and the grill. Mike the manager was incredible coming over to help us out. We still had an amazing time!

Phenomenal ski weekend

This house was set up perfectly for 7 of us to enjoy it and the ski resort. Even with the closest run to it closed accessing the hill was no problem at all. Having the changing room made getting in and out of ski gear a breeze!

Really functional property, everything you need and nothing you'll miss.

One thing that needs to be addressed is the smell in the front "ski room" almost smells like a dead animal under the house.

Feb 2022

Feb 2022 - House was a great location, large, and comfortable. However, previous renters garbage (about 6 bags) was left outside and animals had rummaged through it. We arrived on Tuesday and it took 6 phone calls until it was finally picked up Friday am. So gross to be stepping over garbage on the way in and out of house.
