A beautiful five-bedroom lakefront home with a private hot tub and private dock is a perfect combination of ski and lake access. Enjoy the lake view and frontage while sitting on your deck or relaxing in the hot tub after a day of boating, swimming, or skiing. Situated on a quiet, deep cove, and only five minutes to Okemo Mountain Resort, this large home offers plenty of room for your family and friends and offers the perfect spot for extended family vacations or reunions. Celebrate holidays or family milestones in the well-appointed kitchen, which includes a five-burner gas stove, two ovens, two sinks, and a separate beverage refrigerator. Relax in the spacious main family room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and Steinway piano. This home also features a second family room on the lower level with a gas stove, as well as a full home gym with streaming TV and a Peloton bike. You will make lasting memories with family and friends no matter which season you choose to stay in this beautiful home.

Summer amenities include the use of two kayaks, a canoe, and a stand-up paddleboard. Winter amenities include heated mats for easy hot tub access. The home has central AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome fam getaway

Place was great. Spacious, clean and fully equipped. Beautiful location on the lake. Dock for swimming and fishing - hot tub was a plus. Built into the slope to the water, multi levels connected by steps and hallway added to privacy between floors. Will return!

We spent a long weekend with friends from Maine. We were all so very impressed. The four of us whole heartedly recommend this property if you find yourselves in the Ludlow area.

Awesome house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very easy rental experience from beginning to end. The rental company is only 2 minutes away to grab the keys. Being in the summer we were allowed to check in early and they have a nice 12 o’clock checkout time so no early rush the day we left. The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It was a little warm during our stay but they did have some fans. I suggest bringing a window or box fan if you stay in the summer. The downstairs fit our 4 teenage boys nicely and they loved having their own space. I would love to come back again. If you are renting in the winter you literally can ski from the house to the lifts!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time renting a home by the Clock Tower, and it turned out great. We had kids in our condo that needed ski lessons and being so close to the Clock tower was awesome. Only advice I would give to the homeowners, is more hooks on the back of the doors in the bedrooms, since there are no closets. And to keep an open space (even in the cabinets) in the kitchen for guest groceries. Otherwise, loved everything else about the house.

2 day ,10 people stay at 6 Titcomb Lance .awesome snow storm.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean,smart,well equipped,very comfortable.Some siding had blown off the balcony so we put it back on.I thought for the price it might have been bigger but there was adequate room. Our English guests also thought it was great. The bunk bed set up might need looking at as 1 kid was getting toasted by the forced hot air while another was cold. I was hoping for some heat in the ski equipment room , maybe some boot driers perhaps could be added. We were told it would be ski in ,ski out . I think tenants should be informed that while close, it isnt quite correct. We did love the close proximity to the lodge & magic carpet because we had beginner skiers. All in all we had a wonderful stay, Thankyou , please thank your staff.
