On the east balcony you can enjoy the beautiful morning sun, which gives you a great start to the day.  Living to the establishment of the living room includes a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa bed for one adult or one or two children as well as TV, radio and CD player. For a fourth person there is a comfortable couch available.  In the kitchen with adjoining utility room you will find microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge.  Bedroom The bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe.  Sanitary facilities The bathroom with window is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer.

The 50 m² Non smoking apartment is located in corner location in the 4th. Floor and is accessed via two elevators (78 cm wide, 93 cm deep). On the east balcony you can enjoy the beautiful morning sun, which makes you start well into the day.
A W-LAN connection can be used free of charge.
The linen package includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and an initial supply of kitchen and toilet paper.
