Quiet Neighborhood
We picked this stay due to its location to our friends who live Siesta Key. It was a 15 min drive to Siesta Key beach and our friend’s home. It was the first time we spent anytime in Sarasota and we enjoyed exploring the downtown area. The quiet neighborhood was nice especially at night for sleeping. James was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great Location Near Sarasota Downtown
This guesthouse was the perfect location, within walking distance to Southside Village, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and Arlington Park. My husband and I also enjoyed running to the Legacy Path and Payne Park. Bayside Park, downtown Sarasota, and Lido Beach are only minutes away by car. The house was neat and clean. Thanks for a fun time in Sarasota, Katy!

A nice retreat
This is a cute little one bedroom with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a wonderful little private backyard. Close to beaches and everything else Sarasota has to offer. We picked up my mom, from her retirement community, and had her over for dinner one night. She thought it was lovely too. Very much recommended!

Fellow travelers, hello! Being a native Sarasotan and current thirty something, whatever your interests are please feel free to ask for guidance. This beautiful city has options for everyone - whether you are the golfer, ride horses, kite surf, love a little live classic rock or classical, are looking at vacation homes, are wondering about schools in the area, want to know the absolute best place for a foodie or the most perfect sunset - I've got you :)

I used Airbnb for all of my travels all over the world. I lived in Munich, Germany for a little over a year as a home base and stayed at the homes of people in Spain, Rome, France, Italy, Austria and more. I think it was the most practical and affordable way to really immerse myself in a town and see what it is all about.

Access to a full kitchen for someone that loves to cook and is particular about what they eat is a plus for me, and more than anything - the knowledge of the local whose house I was staying in. When you only have a limited amount of time, the best way to experience another city is via a local that is passionate about the place they call home.

I give my guests space, but am always available. Exchanging travel stories and getting to know one another is a pleasure; however, I respect that some folks just want to keep to themselves and that is okay too!

My husband is a Sheriff’s deputy and I am a prominent realtor in town at Premier Sotheby’s - winner of the SRQ Women in Business, 2020 Best of SRQ Realtor, Top 10 Premier Sotheby’s agent In the region and ranked #272 of over 200,000 Realtors in the state of Florida. Many people come to look for a place in the future and are just starting out and interested in a tour of the area, while others are ready to see homes and make an offer. Give me some notice and we can make either happen.

I am also President of a local non-profit in town called Teen Court which works hand in hand with at risk youth, our schools and many leaders in our town.
