I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again.
Nice property. A bit old original construction but nicely refurbished & appointed with everything we needed. Nice neighborhood 2 blocks from Brazos River with nice walking path. Will rent again.
The property was great! Maggie made the process so easy. The place has everything you would need and more. It was close to the silos and Magnolia Table and had a nice park nearby where we could take the dogs. We highly recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
This was our first trip to Waco and this property was so close to everything we wanted to do! We had an awesome time! The property was pet friendly which was a big plus for us! Maggie was amazing and checked in on us halfway thru our stay! She made sure to be available for us if we needed anything! Check in and out was a breeze! Thanks again for having us!!!
Cameron Cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more. This host thought of everything, there was even a very well stocked hot chocolate bar. Christmas decorations were adorable and a wonderful added touch. We loved it so much we added an extra day on to our stay.
We had a quick two night stay over New Years Eve and the property was perfect. Plenty of room for our family of 3 and two puppies. Maggie was great and allowed us to gain early access as we arrived sooner than expected, and checked in with us during our stay. Great location and very close to Magnolia and the Silos.
Couldn’t have been easier to rent this property or check in. Maggie was quick to respond whenever we had questions and even offered insider information on Waco so we could navigate better and not waste a minute.
We’ve been traveling across country for several weeks. This place by far was the cleanest and very comfortable with a magnolia feel. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Will def recommend to our friends & family in the future.

Hi My name is Maggie and my husband Steve and I are excited to welcome you to our home! Steve and I have always enjoyed hosting and so when Steve retired from the military in 2020 we decided to do what we love. I am born and raised in Kenya and Steve was born and raised in a small rural community outside Waco. Our unique ideas have come together to make this property a place we would love to stay when we travel. Hope you enjoy and relax while you are here!
Why they chose this property
Cameron Cottages are a unique look at the past history of Waco, built in 1912 we love these beautiful duplexes that have lasted even through the worst tornado in Waco history. The location is super close to the famous Magnolia complex of shops, coffee and eateries. Walk to the tranquil Dewey park nearby, drive a couple minutes to the shores of the Brazos River, Cameron Park hiking trails and the zoo!
