This modern two-level building has THREE separate units and it's all yours! Ideal for large groups, you'll have exclusive access to the ENTIRE building!
The top floor is a 3-bedroom / 3 bath unit for 9 guests. Downstairs are two smaller units, both 1 bedroom / 1 bath, which each accommodate 4 guests. Plus, three reserved parking spots make coming and going a breeze! Our nicely renovated units boast modern, upscale finishes. We welcome up to 18 guests.

Interaction with guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Each unit has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
NOISE: Please note that quiet hours must be observed due to having residential neighbors.
Please note: this is a high traffic beach zone, being between the beach boardwalk and Mission Blvd, there will be a lot of foot traffic and may be subject to noise by passerbys.
Location details: This building is in a commercial area, so it's located in an alley way near restaurants and a liquor store. Shared parking lot with three designated spaces.
There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home. Up to two dogs allowed. No cats.
There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 15 guests. Please inform us of your total guest count. We allow up to 17 guests in the building.
Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
