The kitchen and dining area open to a large patio and a sparkling blue swimming pool, with optional fence for child safety. The completely private backyard with Southern exposure and mountain and palm tree views, will allow you to feel comfortable, as if you are in a world of your own, yet the newly installed desert-friendly Xeriscape will connect you with your surroundings.
The dual Master bedrooms each feature a King size bed and private en-suite bathrooms, and the two additional Guest bedrooms each offer a Queen size bed. There is great separation of bedrooms in the home for added privacy, and each bedroom features flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. No cats are allowed.
Palm Desert is ideally located in the center of Coachella Valley, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs or to famous golf and spa resorts of La Quinta. Why stay anywhere else? COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH FESTIVALS: This home is just a 25 minute drive to the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio.
