HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This lovely Hilton Head Island villa is located in the heart of Sea Pines, close to Harbourtown. Twenty-two steps lead to this second floor unit with beautiful lagoon views. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, HD flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. The dining room has seating for four and the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

The master bedroom has two queen beds and TV. In the hall is where you will find the full size bathroom with raised tub/shower combination. Enjoy the wonderful lagoon views from a balcony that is accessible from the living room with sleeper sofa and dining room. The property itself, location, pool and grounds, everything was wonderful. Could use new cushions on the patio chairs (they were unusable but I brought a chair and used that), a new garbage can in the kitchen (trust me) and the coffeemaker (or at least the pot) also needs replaced. Overall it was very nice and we had a wonderful time with perfect weather.

The bathroom fan is filthy it also has black mold on it, the tv doesn’t stay on a station, the refrigerator makes a loud noise, the co2 detector was going off for no reason and the door handle on the patio door is broken. The set up for the tv in the living room is pathetic. The box actually sits on a stool and was covered in electrical tape. The place was relatively clean but really needs a deep cleaning. The best part of the condo are the beds, they are super comfortable!

Great Location & Easy

Thoughtful updates have been made to this 70's era condo, including the living room area, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is efficient, albeit "bare bones." The living room TV and refrigerator either need to be repaired or replaced, the TV's operation was sporadic and the refrigerator has an intermittent noise issue. And how about a matched set of new plates and bowls? Location is convenient, and just a 5-minute walk from Sea Pines Center! I enjoyed my stay here, just time to refresh a few things.

Great stay!

This is a great property for a small family. We didn’t have any issues the entire times other than a few roaches but you’re at the beach and should expect that. Amenities are great! Pool is fantastic and close. Shower is amazing!!! We will certainly stay in lighthouse tennis again!!

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect location in Sea Pines. Everything was smooth sailing, from check-in to check-out. Sea Pines is very stunning and we are very happy we chose this location to stay. We rented bikes right next door at Pelican bike rentals and our bikes were there by the time we arrived and they were picked up by the time that we left. Everything you need is in this condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Probably the best HHI property we have stayed at. Furnishings were EXACTLY as pictured, very clean. Kitchen even had vegetable peeler and pitcher! Owners were responsive to questions. Shower with river rock floor was amazing. Only issue was that I asked prior to arrival if bedding was provided for sleeper sofa, was told it was, but upon arrival there was no bedding. Had to wait until next day as we arrived after property manager closed for day. (This always happens to us, so I asked in advance). Easy bike to beach and proximity to our family house on beach.

Great except the stingrays

Beautiful location with friendly people all around. Had a gorgeous beach. The trip was a little thrown off when my friend got stung by a stingray. Apparently the beach there is a breeding ground for them. We didn’t know and he got stung. No signs or warnings were hung up. Other than that it was a great trip.

Great location

Sea Pines is a great location with a lot of things to do! The property was in a quiet area with a great deck and quiet pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Condo!

Gorgeous condo and great location. Short walk to Harbortown and 15 minute bike ride to beach. Or take the free trolley two blacks away at Sea Pines shopping center. Nice pool too. Condo is spacious and big enough for four. Don’t miss this one.

Wonderful clean and updated property!

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the patio. We also loved walking to the tennis courts and pool. Rented bikes and went to the beach club and Harbor Town. We would love to stay here again. Very comfortable. Wished there had been a blender in the kitchen to make smoothies and frozen margaritas!

Villa was in a great location in Sea Pines

The TV in the bedroom did not work. The Main TV had the sound go in and out. Like this We are. .....and he.... gets the..... Forget the reason..... much money...... rs...g...back alw.... We like the fountain, the view, birds flying around, the grounds were pretty, quite neighbors and Sea Pines is the best vacation spot on the Island.

very nicely decorated with pleasant pool area and tennis courts

Wonderful shower/bath area. After working out a few kinks with the management company, non-working ice maker, no tv in master which was in error and 3 burnt out light bulbs in unit, we very much enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again but management company should inspect units more closely so renters don't have to give up part of their days to deal with issues. Thanks to the owners!

Wonderful Summer Stay

Excellent location and well-appointed vacation home! Love the lagoon view, vaulted ceilings, and large walk-in shower. Truffles restaurant (short walk) is delicious as is the Bakery at Harbour Town. Craft cocktails, dinner, and live jazz at the Sea Pines Beach Club are all must dos as well! Looking forward to our return trip and highly recommend this listing! Thank you!

Very Clean Villa

Great location. The first thing I noticed was how clean the Villa was. Loved the wood floors, furniture & decor. No one had mentioned how loud the air conditioner was. It was located in the hall behind the bedroom that woke us up every time it came on. Also the bathtub was awkward getting in & out of with the two steps. A walk in shower would be much better. We have been going to Sea Pines since 2002 for vacation. We ride bikes on the bike trails & look for the alligators in the lagoons.
