We wanted to be on the Beltline within a mile or so from quality shopping, dining and drinking. We like comfortable upscale lodging, the kind with a well stocked kitchen, nice bedding, luxury linens etc, in a typically quiet street (there was construction a couple of doors down), nice outdoor spaces, gas grill, onsite parking for two cars etc-- and this place was all of that and more. I had a couple of issues, such as batteries that needed replacing for the automatic trash lid opener, and the host made it happen. Yes, I like when everything works well. In fact the host responded immediately to my texts (there were many) and took care of issues, without hesitation. We encountered rental car issues (unrelated to our stay) that involved extending our time and a potential late check out, and the host was gracious enough to work with us until we could resolve our problems. I forgot to mention that this house is in a community, near a school, so it was cool to see kids on bikes going to school and other families in the area. This is definitely a family oriented community for the traveler who prefers a beautiful, luxury homey feel to their accomodations; steps away from a vibrant social scene.
