Enjoy Chez Martine, an incredible, private home nestled on 10 acres in Tannersville, NY. Sleeping 20 plus a pullout couch with a king bed totaling 22, it is perfect for family getaways (with kids) and ideal for large groups. Spectacular grounds and multiple decks on all levels of the house.

House has two separate wings for added privacy. An in-ground heated swimming pool, 2 indoor saunas, steam showers and many other special features abound in this one-of-a-kind house. Open concept kitchen, living & dining areas. Large living room with fireplace, and separate Den with fireplace and large screen TV. Relax on one of the numerous decks or screened in porch that are attached to this unique home.

Expansive grounds, fire-pit, propane barbecue, charcoal smoker, rope swings, hammock, and large swing set are some of the numerous amenities you will discover.

The house is minutes from Main Street in Tannersville and a few short miles from Hunter Mountain and a 20-minute drive to Windham Mtn. Close to the famous Kaaterskills Falls and Colgate Lake and North/South Lake. Enjoy the numerous local dining choices, skiing, hiking, golf, boating, fishing, festivals, mountain biking and ATV rentals.

The large Master bedroom has a large screen TV, desk, sitting chairs, and balcony. The light-filled en-suite bathroom has a large double shower and free-standing soaking tub.

Entry foyer has bench seating and hooks for your outerwear and room to store Ski gear.

High-speed wifi internet is available throughout the property, along with good cell service. Two pack-n-play cribs are available. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap is provided.

There are external cameras at the doors and overlooking pool area.
