In the apartment "Maritmo" you live on 2 floors in a bright, stylish and comfortable 3-room apartment on the ground floor / basement of the house with a sunny south-facing terrace and garden use (Sonnenkuhle) .The ground floor of the property is the living / dining room with Mylinofen , a well-equipped kitchen (including me dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge / freezer) and a guest toilet. In the basement you will find 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. You will also find a washer-dryer here (washing and / or drying in one unit).

The stylishly furnished 3-room apartment is spread over 2 floors (ground floor / basement).   The living / dining room is equipped with a Mylin tiled stove, Wi-Fi, cable TV, safe, stereo with CD and radio and a DVD player. In addition, it has a spacious and bright dining area.   The separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.   On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
 
In the basement is the bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sep. Bath, sink, toilet and hair dryer. The two bedrooms on this floor have a double bed.   In the utility room you will find a clothes dryer (washing and / or drying in one unit), iron / ironing board and a cot and a high chair. These are available free of charge.   Outdoor area: beach chair and garden furniture are available seasonal (April-October) on your own sunny terrace. A free car parking space is located directly at the house.   Please note that only dogs are allowed in the holiday home for a fee.
