This townhouse is unique. It is a complete building that offers a rare living pleasure in the heart of the old port. Parking space in the building, sauna/ gym area, sleeping areas, large living space, terrace and solarium with sea view. It is unique.

Ideal up to 7 people, this typical building is located in a quiet alley in the heart of the city center 100m from the docks and the rue des poilus where you will find all shops. With the closed garage on the ground floor (for medium-sized cars), forget about your vehicle and fully enjoy the sweetness of life Ciotadenne walk.

On 157m 2, you can enjoy different spaces spread over 4 levels.

Let’s start with the common areas. The second floor is dedicated to the air-conditioned living room. It offers a beautiful surface and volume with its high ceiling at the level of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, up to the wine cellar, and open onto the dining area and living room. It is a particularly friendly place where we have installed a table football for wild parties with your loved ones. On this same level is a separate toilet and a room with a freezer.

From a steel staircase, access to the 3rd level where you will find an air-conditioned room with shower room (walk-in shower). It is equipped with a bunk bed with double bed below (140x200) and single bed above (90x200). A large bay window overlooks a beautiful green terrace. It is also accessible directly from the stairs without going through the room.

The terrace is shaded and offers a dining area where you can cook on the plancha and eat good grills with your loved ones. Icing on the cake, you can access from this terrace to a secure solarium on the roof that offers an amazing view of the sea. Choose your chaise longue and enjoy!

And now the first two levels. The 1st floor is dedicated to sleeping with 2 bedrooms. The first one overlooks the street and has a double bed. The second one does not open to the outside. We installed a canopy with double frosted glass swing door that overlooks the first bedroom. This allows for natural light and ventilation. A blackout curtain ensures privacy. This room is equipped with two single beds that can be brought closer to the request but also a large dressing.
Both rooms are not air-conditioned (not necessary at this level of the building) and equipped with fans.
All the bedding of the house is recent and quality.

On this same level you will also have a large bathroom with double sink, shower and bath as well as an independent toilet.
On the ground floor, beyond the garage, you will have access to a wellness area with a sauna two people, a weight bench, a shower room with toilet and storage space. It is perfect for you to relax after a good session of sports or a walk on the seafront. A washing machine and a dryer are installed in this bathroom.

It is a friendly place, offering many amenities and ideally placed to experience the Provencal life in the heart of the old city ciotadenne.

A deposit of 900€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out the check-in and check-out.
This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about accommodation.

Other remarks
We put at your disposal 1 parking space located in the building. This space does not allow to park a large SUV or a large family car. In this case, we can provide you with a parking space at the old port Indigo 650 m from the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, wine cellar.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It cannot be rented for parties or events.
Arrival time: 5-7pm. Departure time: 9-10am.
During the summer, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of maintenance and reception teams.

The district
The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charms, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.
You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
