The downtown duplex sleeps up to 5 guests, and perches over lower Deer Valley Drive and is the perfect location for Sundance Film Festival as well as access to all three world class resorts. Easy access anywhere in town via the free bus transit system, with the bus station just across the way from the property.

The unit has been thoughtfully remodeled in recent years, and has a well-stocked kitchen and living space, cozy fireplace, and ample bedroom and bathroom space. The property backs up to open space and offers a private townhome garage for parking for 2 cars. Garage space is an important consideration when traveling to Park City''s downtown area. This property has substantial garage space for storage of ski and snowboard gear in winter, as well as bikes and paddleboards in summer.

Location was great, place was just ok.

Great location near main st. The place is small, and cozy. It was nice that there was a 2 car garage. Bad part was our neighbors had a bachelorette party and it was very loud all weekend.

Great location

Family of four stayed for four nights. Pluses- great location; easy walk to restaurants and shopping on Main St.; close to Deer Valley; parking garage where your car is protected from the weather and where it's easy to store your skis, etc; heat worked well; there are four seats around the table in the kitchen, which was not shown in the photos; management brought the trash cans to the curb for us (which was a pleasant surprise since the cans were full and heavy from previous renters); competitive pricing. Minuses- if you're a light sleeper, pack ear plugs because the street noise is an issue (especially if there are snowplows); our driveway was never plowed/shoveled (even after calling the management company) and no shovel was provided for us (we had to borrow one from our neighbor to eventually shovel the driveway ourselves); no remote to open/close the garage door so be prepared to get in and out of your car 100 times to type in the code; no hooks to hang your coats in the unit, nor a place to put snowy shoes in the unit (we borrowed one of the rubber mats from the garage and brought it back down when we checked out), fireplace didn't work (we didn't tell management because it wasn't a big deal). Even though the list of minuses is longer than the pluses, we were pleased with the property overall and would consider staying again since the pluses we listed carry more weight for us.

Great Stay in Park City!

Had a wonderful time in Park City. This listing was so conveniently located to the Main Street (walking distance) and the bus route. Had no problem going to the slopes and exploring the area without driving. The garage was a great addition we were so thankful to have. The space was clean, and quaint. The beds (to include the twin pull out!) all were rated to be comfortable. Thanks so much for a great stay, would love to return.

Location

Overall, we thought the property was fine with the location being the highlight. Check-in was very easy and the place was clean and warm. The location is fantastic - walk to a bus stop in 1 minute, the center of town in 5, and the town lift in 10. The renovation was cheaper than we expected, and the living area was small with nowhere great to eat dinner. For our group of three, we all agreed that next time we'd trade the location for something a little larger and a little nicer.

Nice but could be better

The place was very nice with nice linens, comfortable beds, and good kitchen supplies. but didn’t have good sound proofing and there was a lot of noise from the street and the people in the unit next to us who were partying until late into the evening. The place was also advertised as sleeping up to 6 people, but the kitchen table only sat 2 and the couch in the living room was a tight squeeze with 4. It would also have been nice to have hair dryers and better shampoo/conditioner. The location was great and easy to get to the mountain and to town.

Location!

Great location! Teenage kids walkwd to town lift everyday so no driving for us! The place is very clean, well stocked and updated. Definitely stay here!

Clean and convenient location

This was a very nice place to stay for a quick ski weekend. It was clean and cozy. The walls were just a bit thin and we heard the neighbors quite often which wasn't so ideal for sleep time.
