Was not able to enjoy the pool much. The pool water temperature was a chilly 76-degrees. Could not watch TV in the outdoor screened in area. There is a six-lane highway (Veterans), that is within eye shot of the backyard. The traffic noise drowns out any relaxing to be done outside in the Lanai.

Great Place!

We were thrilled to be here again! This is the 2nd time for us. The place was clean, comfortable & close to everything. Publix & Target.We enjoyed the pool area, & the lanai. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything if we needed. Neighborhood was very nice. Couldnt ask for a better place. Thank you very much Don, Lisa & Chris

New Years with the family

We loved the sunny waterfront oasis home! It is clean, modern and has all the amenities and more you need. You can tell the owners care about it! We spent hours in the pool and enjoying the channel from the dock. Even if it was cool outside the pool and lanai were warm and sunny. We went out in the kayaks and rode the bikes around the neighbourhood. Our adult kids loved being able to walk to Target. Everything is close by and Cape Coral is a lovely place to visit . We highly recommend this home and hope to come back soon!! Don is helpful and the whole process was so easy!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property! There were 5 of us (grandparents, parents, teenager) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout was a little choppy, but it was nice that there were a few separate spaces to spread out. We loved the heated pool and the lanai! The location was terrific - right by Santa Barbara and Veterans Highway. The bathrooms were small, and the towels on 2 of the bathrooms were a little thin, but these were minor details. We would definitely come back!

Best Villa

This house is the nicest villa we have stayed at in the thirty years we have been travelling to Florida. The house is immaculate and very modern. Beautiful furnishing which is what I like on my hols. Bed very comfortable. Everything looked brand new. The setting looking over the waterway is so peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this villa is well worth it and the pool in September was the perfect temperature. Very well looked after villa in the perfect setting. Highly recommend.

Traumvilla

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Man fühlt sich dort rundum wohl, die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Es war alles blitzblank sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen benötigt. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, die ganze Villa ist hübsch dekoriert, man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause. Wir hatten eine Frage zur Klimaanlage, welche umgehend von Don beantwortet wurde. Er kam kurze Zeit später sogar persönlich vorbei um sich zu vergewissern dass alles ok ist. Wir baten außerdem um einen späteren Check-Out, da unser Rückflug erst am Abend war. Auch dies war kein Problem und Don hat sich sofort darum gekümmert dass die Putzfirma erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt kommt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde sowohl der Pool gereinigt als auch das Grundstück gepflegt. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet dass alles ordentlich ist. Der direkte Blick auf den Kanal und die Möglichkeit mit den vorhandenen Kanus darauf zu fahren ist wundervoll. Das Einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist der Geräuschpegel der von der großen Hauptstraße in den Garten vordringt, da diese hinter dem Kanal vorbei läuft. Ohne diese Geräusche wäre es zu 100% perfekt. Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit wieder in diese Villa zurückkommen.

Great house

Perfectly maintained house. Super clean. Had all the necessities like toilet paper and soaps. We used the bikes and kayaks. It is in close proximity to a busy road but it does not detract from the stay. Way better than expected from one of the less expensive choices

Excellent!

This property was fantastic!! The house itself was very well maintained and beautifully decorated with very relaxing colors and decor. It had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and feel at home. The pool and Lanai area was great as well and was my favorite spot. Then you step outside to enjoy a great view of the canal with a sitting area right at the waters edge. Great way to start the day and enjoy your morning coffee. The location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of things to do. This is definitely a destination we will return to.
