The complex has a heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and grilling area for your use. Come enjoy the surf, sand, fishing and great experiences!

Perfect!

If I could have given 6 stars, I would have! Location was perfect, condo was clean, parking was close, pool was lovely. I enjoyed my time and was even able to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach.

Love the sunrises from the patio steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed all the amenities!

Pickleball and the warm pool were our favorites. There are many activities available we would have enjoyed but we had family to enjoy games and dinners with.We would come back to these condos, did like that these beachside condos had two bathrooms and more square footage than the smaller ones.

Perfect beach location

Very convenient location, just steps to the beach, and also Publix grocery store and a Dollar Tree just across the street. Futon couch was very comfortable to sleep on. Enjoyed watching cruise ships and rockets that were launched. Very walkable location for several restaurants and shopping areas. Owner was extremely helpful making changes to our reservation when we arrived in the area a few days earlier than expected. Definitely recommend!

Family Trip to Cocoa Beach

It was just my mom and I in this unit, we had other family members rent multiple units throughout The Diplomat and we truly enjoyed the stay! The beach is so close and conveniently located to both enjoy the water and see rockets take off from the Cape!

Great place with wonderful location

Really great place! With their own entrance to the beach, really nice for familie with children! The host was amazing and answered to our inquiries super fast! I totally recommend it

Great Family vacation

This was a comfy home away from home. The location to the beach was PERFECT! We had everything we needed. The inside was so clean. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. On the beach and close to stores! Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need. The beach equipment supplied made the day at the beach perfect!!! Check in was easy we had no issues with anything. I would definitely stay again!!

Great spot and great communication

The condo is exactly as described and the location couldn’t be better… facilities in community are well kept and updates are being done. Although the roof on the building was being replaced when we were there, we had no issues with parking, sitting on the porch and accessing beach from the back door. Owners let us know before arriving and we’re great with clear communication of this occurrence as well as expectations for the rental. My teenage nieces loved the freedom to come and go as did my sister and I as it gave us the ability to stay as long as we wanted to at the beach. Beautiful sand, almost private beach while we were there… great spot! Highly recommend! Thank you Russell and Vivian!

We stayed for one week before heading to Universal, the place was great and perfect access to the Beach. The pier was a little too far to walk for my daughter but the distance also meant no crowds near us so a calm beach on our end

Epic spring break

This condo is everything you need for a great vacation! The condo is fully stocked to suite all your needs and more, great location and the beach is beautiful!! Our favorite restaurant was Florida seafood and found a great local bar, Johnathan’s pub! We would stay here anytime! Thanks for the memories!

Great location easy walk to the beach

The property owners were very responsive and took care of any concerns quickly to allow us to get right back to relaxing on vacation. So close to the beach, it was wonderful to be able to be so close for early morning or late night walks on the beach.

Great Condo for a Great Price

We stayed here for a week with our three children (9, 9, and 3.) Condo was spacious and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The condo is beachfront although you cannot see the beach from the condo due to overgrown grasses / plants. You can walk to the beach within 30 seconds which was very convenient. The condo included beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, and towels. The community pool was a short walk away and was very clean and often not crowded. Several restaurants within a few minutes as well as a dollar tree, grocery store, and tourist shops. Overall, we’d stay here again if we visit. The hosts were nice and quick to respond. My only complaint would be the front desk help at the condo. We had to stop in to pick up our parking pass and the man at the front desk was so extremely rude. He told us he didn’t know what we were asking for and that he wasn’t notified we were renting the condo for the week. We offered to provide the hosts telephone number to confirm our stay which he replied “he was too busy to do that.” He finally just gave us a parking pass and we were on our way but that was a frustrating start to our trip.

12-Year Old Grandchild Trip

Our stay was delightful overall. The property was as listed with direct beach access. The beach was gorgeous. Information provided by the owners on places to eat and things to do was very helpful. The only negatives were no bar soap for showering, patio door blinds that were falling apart, and a light over the dining area table that required a remote to turn on - it took us a week to realize that a remote was needed, and that it was located in a hutch drawer. Also, three remotes were available for the TV but no instructions which made accessing the programming available (which was extensive) difficult. Otherwise it would have been nice if a few board games had been available. I must reiterate we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

The condo was just the perfect size for the three of us and worked well. The condo unit itself was clean and well kept however the building it resides in is not. The outside of the building is run down with multiple missing shingles and in much need of some upkeep. The view of the building from the beach is an something of an eyesore. As a condo owner/renter you might want to contact the landlord/building owner. The surrounding area is ok with many things to do and good places to eat.

Great Oceanfront Condo!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach. Great location and access to the beach. The unit had everything you would need from a stocked kitchen of appliances, silverware, utensils etc. to beach towels and chairs. The two bedrooms and futon provided plenty of room for people to sleep. The owners were great to communicate with and made the process of staying at the condo very easy. The only thing that needed attention was that the bath mats needed cleaning or to be replaced and floors mopped. All in all this is a wonderful condo, with a great location and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend the condo.
