Welcome to my charming 21 square meters apartment located in the 18th district of Paris. It is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near MONTMARTRE which is one of the most charming area of Paris. You will find there the SACRÉ-COEUR, the district of the ABBESSES and the lively rue des MARTYRS as well as the sulfurous Place PIGALLE. Enjoy your stay!

## Logement
The accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
