Newly renovated, first floor, beachfront condo available for minimum 1-month blocks (or longer).
The two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a stunning beach view. The second bedroom includes two single beds. Both bathrooms include showers, toilets, and twin basins.
Cable television is available in both bedrooms and the living room. Free wifi in the condo and through the complex.
The brand new kitchen comes with top-of-the-range appliances. The dining table can extend to comfortably seat eight.
A gorgeous, furnished patio, complete with a front-row ocean view, invites you to watch the sunset every night. A paddleboard awaits the adventurous.
The complex also has a heated pool and communal tiki hut, and BBQ grills. Inside the complex, you will find a common room with a billiards table, a library, and a gym. The complex was recently renovated.
Assigned parking is available for one vehicle, and additional guest parking is available.
Laundry services are shared and located throughout all the floors.
You are within walking distance of the great shops and restaurants of Venetian Village and a ten-minute drive from Old Naples and Naples Pier Beach.

I am a world traveler. I have been living in the USA since 2014 and am based in Miami FL. My wife and I bought this unique property and completely renovated it from the studs up. It is our piece of heaven.
Why they chose this property
Our condo is situated on the 1st floor and exactly ten paces from the sand (I paced it off before writing this). The luxury of sliding the door open and walking into the ocean in Naples FL is very rare to find. The beach walks, sunsets, fishing, swimming and just lazing about creates such peace of mind for us.
