Beach all day long, shower, nap and enjoy a sunset dinner at a local restaurant or book a sunset Pensacola Ferry cruise to make wonderful vacation memories!

This suite boasts a king memory foam bed with a cooling gel topper, mini split air conditioner/heat, 70" Samsung TV with Roku, speedy internet--hard wire & WIFI, desk with a cushy desk chair and two recliners, kitchenette with a full fridge, Keurig, microwave & toaster plus an electric burner for cooking with dishes & pans, and a huge bathroom with double separate counters & sinks, shower, and enclosed toilet room.

Things guests appreciate here: A private and separate entrance, starter coffee pods, Bluetooth bathroom fan, suite guidebook and guest book, one designated parking space, use of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

Check out the app: "Visit Pensacola" to find the cool events we have in the area. Every Tuesday night is Bands on the Beach at Casino Beach. Some local favorites are Gallery Night every 3rd Friday, multiple food fests, Blue Angels shows, and the Gulf Breeze Zoo.

Wonderful stay in Coastal Suite
This is a very clean well kept property in a very nice neighborhood. The suite included everything we needed. We like a King bed, and there was a large double vanity area in bath which we really liked. The kitchen was small but met our needs mainly of frig, microwave and coffee pot. There were adequate dishes and dish soap. We ate most of our meals out enjoying fresh seafood in Pensacola Beach which is a short drive from property. Or you can go the other way in to Pensacola to see the sights there. This is a great place for a couple to stay…recommend highly.

Blues Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our Blue Angel Week. Spacious, clean, quiet, and very accessible property conveniently located less than ten minutes from the beach, excellent restaurants, and other vacation hot spots. We will defintely look for this property again when we plan a visit!

The suite was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Everything worked properly and amenities were well thought out. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will be going back. Location is perfect in Gulf Breeze. Short drive to the beach or downtown Pensacola.

Great guest suite!
This space was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe even at night by myself. The suite is very spacious, with a nice sized bathroom and comfy bed. The location is great too, being between downtown and the beach makes everything very easy to get to.

This was wonderful. We had to “stay in” a bit more than we hoped for, due to a lot of rain, but it was spacious and comfortable. Huge TV for watching movies on the rainy days. Loved the beach gear. Great suite!

Well worth the money!
Very nice location, close to the beach, close to downtown. I live in West Virginia, so a few miles is close for me. I met Bridgette and she was very nice. Went to the beach, went exploring my old neighborhood and other attractions from my days growing up in Pensacola. It was a wonderful experience seeing old friends and enjoying the nightlife. I would recommend Charming Suites to anyone.

I vacationed here on the beach about 20 years ago with my family & fell in love with the warm water, white sand, and intracoastal waterway. I spent several years living on the beach with my kids but found that I prefer the calm, quiet & beautiful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze where there are birds chirping, parks, walking paths, stops, restaurants, and beautiful curvy oak trees.

Just a couple blocks away you'll find conveniences such as large grocery stores, a great hospital, the Andrews Institute and lots of restaurants. It's also a great area for a walk, with a new path to jog, or bike ride, many parks and great waterways. Walk to the dead end (one lot over) and you'll see the 3-mile bridge-but stay on the street-it's my neighbor's private property. You may or may not see us around doing work, we stay pretty busy.

This is the PERFECT location between both the quaint and unique downtown nightlife in Pensacola as well as the soft sandy shores of Pensacola Beach. It's only 7 min to the beach and 10 min to downtown. You'll love this location with all the conveniences & choices available! Stores, restaurants, beach & downtown...it's the perfect mix!
