The apartment was remodeled by an architect and can sleep up to 4 people. A murphy's bed hidden in the ceiling can be lowered and offer extra sleeping options in addition to the queen size bed in the bedroom.
Being located on the top level of a 100 year old building with windows facing south, there is of course plenty of natural light and sunshine. The windows are double-glazed for insulation. Heaters are electric.

Fantastic authentic Paris apartment

Our family of 4 absolutely adored this quaint Paris apartment. Elevator to the 6th floor is small but wonderful to have. The apartment space is so well utilized - tons of room for suitcases & clothing, the bed that drops from the ceiling, wine fridge, smart skylights, etc. Probably better for 2 to 3 people vs. 4, but we made it work. It was very hot a couple of the days, so being equipped with fans was helpful. Cute, walkable neighborhood with easy access to all the attractions of Paris. Juliette was so easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend the space! Two small suggestions for improvements: 1) new bath towels 2) an English manual for the washer/dryer - we never figured out the dryer! :-)

We LOVED this little place!

Charming and spacious, by city standards. The espresso/coffee maker was a delight to have in the mornings and the thoughtful snacks and milk in the refrigerator were a most welcome surprise. It is centrally located and easy to walk into the city center. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for us 3

We loved this 6th floor apartment with its views of Parisien rooftops and the Eiffel Tower! We could fit our three carry-on bags and a person in the little elevator, which was convenient. With the windows and skylights open, airflow was great. (We used fans when it rained.) Clever use of space throughout, and it was so nice to have the refrigerator and washing machine. Juliette was very helpful, responsive, and considerate. We felt very much at home and would happily return!

Home in paris

Super cute apartment and very centrally located. Juliette was really accommodating and had her friend pick us up from the train stop so we wouldn’t get lost when we arrived. Amazing!

Mostly positive space

Although the apartment was smaller than it appeared in the photos, it served us well. A grandmother with her 17 year old granddaughter, we loved the "bed from the ceiling" and the nighttime views of the lit Eiffel Tower. I think it would be crowded with more than 2 people. The space was immaculately clean and the neighborhood excellent. Street noise through the night made it difficult to keep the windows opened, but fans sufficed. Juliette was wonderful, meeting us when we arrived from the airport and helpful with apartment instructions. The apartment residents were mostly very quiet.

Lovely, Central, and Unique

Such a great location just moments from the Jardin de Luxembourg where we enjoyed baguettes every day. Elevator to 6th floor. The view was so nice with all the chimney pots and no other apartments in view. We could see the Eiffel Tower from the large opening windows looking west and sat in the mushroom stool watching it sparkle. Modern and clever innovations made the stay stress free. The skylights let in fresh breeze and auto close with sensors for rain. Large windows open two ways - slanted in and open wide which made adjusting the temperature easy. We used one small fan on one day in the bedroom, but even though it was hot outside, there was no need of AC and the breeze made sleep very nice. Shower has a nice waterfall head and retractable laundry line. Washer is also a dryer, but we couldn’t figure out how to get the things to dry - so maybe plan on using the drying racks included. If the washer locks, turn to off, and wait two minutes to open the door. We found an English manual online. The apartment was very secure and safe with access codes for two entry doors in addition to room key. The bed that comes down from the ceiling uses legs so it is above the table and chairs a bit high (climbing up from sofa) which was not good for the kids, but if you need it lower, we used the small black stools and two thick books to support the bottom of the bed. Would be good to have small legs too so can be lower down with moving the table, but this worked in a pinch! Juliette was very nice and we very much appreciated an early check in coming from a red-eye flight with children. Checkout was very easy with leaving keys and heading out to the train for our next destination. So many lovely memories for our family with bringing our children for the first time to Paris and so sad to leave this cozy and welcoming home! Highly recommend and we would love to come again!

Great stay in Paris

Very nice apartment in a great location. The nearby Luxembourg Gardens are beautiful. Bonus is the look out the window view of the Eiffel, especially lit up at night. It's cozy for a family of four, but we would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Well located Paris apartment

Definitely an interesting place to stay in Paris. Great views of the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood near Luxembourg gardens and the Sorbonne. Transit service is good via RER Blue line subway. Lots of great restaurants, bakeries and cafes. The building and apartment is unique and has many eccentricities given its age, but hey it’s Paris. The apartment was tight for a family of 4 but it worked. The stocking of the kitchen was a little bare but there was a grocery near, so no big deal. All in all I’d say this apartment is a fair value for a well located rental in the most beautiful city in the world.

Central Location

Juliette was able to accommodate our late arrival time which was very much appreciated. However, there were only two towels upon our arrival after traveling for a day and a half, so only half of us could shower before bed. The other two towels weren’t brought until 6pm the following night and they did not appear to be fresh towels. There is a helpful book with local suggestions which was also a really nice touch, however it says we should enjoy the welcome wine left for us, of which was not. The apartment was set up for cooking with all the of the necessary tools which was helpful. Luxembourg Gardens is a quick walk around the corner with access to a little market, pharmacy, and quaint restaurants. The view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely beautiful. The most challenging aspect for us was the apartments location in an alley with a bar. Due to the humidity we had the windows open at night, but if six floors up you could hear the bar patrons drinking, laughing, chatting until about 2am and the cigarette smoke smells would drift up through the windows.

Great apartment!

This apartment was great! Located in a small busy neighborhood with plenty to see and do, close to public transportation, and an elevator so you don't have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment! The owner was very nice and great with communicating with me before checking in and also answered a couple of question I had while we where there. 2 of us stayed there and it was nice to have 2 beds, a small kitchen, a small living space, and plenty of hot water. The view was also wonderful!

Lovely Paris Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic and centrally located, walking distance to several eateries and restaurants and attractions also with a nearby metro stop. The view of the apartment is spectacular and speaks for itself. The apartment itself is "smart." Lots of really incredible features (blackout windows, sliding door, to bedroom, outlets right next to bed on both sides, bed that can descend from the ceiling in the living room for guests, retractable sun roof, etc.). The apartment is really designed for ease and comfort. On a personal note, Juliette was very warm and inviting. She met us at the beginning and showed us around the apartment to help us get acquainted. Her communication was excellent, and she even coordinated with her cleaning lady to allow us a later checkout. She made us feel welcomed. When we come back to Paris, hope to stay with Juliette again. Thank you!

Creating Memories

We were two grandparents traveling with our 13 yo granddaughter for her first trip to Paris. Jean-Francois was very communicative from the first inquiry. He suggested a driver from the airport which was very convenient and so appreciated. We were also able to arrange for a return pick-up.. He put us in contact with the person who would greet us and we were able to arrange for an early check-in. The apartment was clean and fully furnished and equipped. We did not do any cooking or laundry but both were available. The area between the Pantheon and the the Jardin du Luxembourg was very convenient. All types of small shops were just around the corner, many good restaurants and quick access to bus and Metro stops. Also a pharmacy which easily handled the need for Covid testing before return to the US. We have stayed in several apartments in Paris over the years, but this was the first time in this location. We would certainly return again. Jean-Francois and his team made this an extremely positive experience.

Charming apartment

A bright, well-equipped, comfortable flat with great views, in a good area. There are lots of buses very nearby, the metro about 10 minutes walk. It is everything it claims to be and more. A lovely place. Both Jean Francois and Juliette were quick to communicate and very helpful. I will return!
