Les Courlis - Grand jardin, proche plage

This 200 m² house in the commune of Mesquer is less than 500 metres from the beach and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,400 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 50 m² living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace (first flambé offered), as well as a dining room.
- A 40 m² games room with sofas and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room with a shower
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x190) and a cot
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4 : two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 5 : one double bed (140×190) with washbasin and shower
- Bedroom 6: two single beds (80x200) that can be combined to form a double bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 1,400 m² with sun loungers to enjoy the fine weather
- A 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and a large dining table.

The house is ideally located in a part of Quimiac that offers access to one of the village's less-frequented beaches, guaranteeing tranquillity and space availability. You're also halfway between the bars and restaurants of Sorlock and Kercabellec, as well as Quimiac's market square.

Activities :
Fishing on foot in the rocks, sailing at the Cercle Nautique de Quimiac (Toul Ru anchorage), oyster tasting at Kercabellec, visits to the Mes salt marshes, tennis or paddle at the Ferme de la Vigne club...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garden.
