Imagine yourself sitting on the patio admiring the sunrise/sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage and listening to the waves crash on the coast. Beach Retreat is a pet-friendly community perfect for family vacations and quiet getaways. It offers 800 feet of pristine private beach with gated access, avoid the crowds and enjoy!

Saltwater Shores is a great place for families to use alone or with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! Running, walking and biking paths are in abundance, so if you want to go 1 mile or 5 miles, you can choose your route. Take a stroll to the local coffee shop in the morning to grab a latte or cup of joe. We are within walking distance of many favorite restaurants such as Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Captain Dave's and Crab Trap. In the mood for a mid-day or after dinner treat? Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream and Dairy Queen are only minutes away! Beach Retreat is located within walking distance of any of your needs, simply park your car, no need to bother with the traffic. Rainy day? Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons are just a short golf cart or drive away.

The family room offers a spacious look and feel with 9' ceilings throughout offering cushy seating and a 65" smart Roku HDTV for the family to stream your favorite movie or show. A Cozy sleeper sofa equipped with an 8.5" memory foam mattress that sleeps just like a bed is provided for two additional guests. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the dinnerware, stemware, and cookware that will delight your family with a delicious meal. The stylish dining area seats four with additional bar seating for five. We have added USB/USB-C charging ports at the bar for your convenience.

Master bedroom 1 is comfortable and spacious. It features a king bed with custom linens and a brand new Therapedic Titania mattress with TheraWrap Elite coils that flex and conform independently eliminating partner sleep disturbance. This mattress is constructed with copper-infused TheraCool gel technology that naturally protects against viruses to prevent the spread of odors and stains. This room also has USB/ USB-C ports located at each nightstand, a flat screen 55” smart Roku HDTV with streaming, and a fully renovated private master bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, 52" quartz double sink vanity and LED mirror lighting to brighten your experience.

Master bedroom 2 is designed in relaxing colors. It features a king bed with custom linens and a brand new Therapedic Titania mattress with TheraWrap Elite coils that flex and conform independently eliminating partner sleep disturbance. This mattress is constructed with copper-infused TheraCool gel technology that naturally protects against viruses to prevent the spread of odors and stains. This room also has USB/ USB-C ports located at each nightstand, a flat screen 55” smart Roku HDTV with streaming, and a fully renovated adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 43" quartz sink vanity and LED mirror lighting to brighten your experience.

Bunkbeds are located in the hallway. The bottom bunk is full size and the top bunk is twin. Both bunks have new Therapedic Ariel mattresses constructed with copper-infused TheraCool gel technology that naturally protects against viruses to prevent the spread of odors and stains. Each bunk is equipped with a 24" smart Roku HDTV ready to stream your favorite Netflix, Disney, YouTube TV, etc. USB/USB-C ports are located next to both bunks for you to charge your electronic devices while you relax.

For your convenience, there is a brand new full size washer and dryer located in the hallway.

Beach Service included in season (Mid-March thru Oct), with two umbrellas and four chairs.
We are the only unit in Beach Retreat that includes 4 chairs!

Pet-Friendly: well-groomed, well-trained, non-aggressive pets allowed with prior approval (some breeds restricted).

A note about supplies:
Saltwater Shores provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay; toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, beach towels, umbrella, additional beach chairs (if needed), beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
