Apartment Ostfriesenstübchen:
o The Ostfriesenstübchen is located on the upper floor of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It is about 45 square meters, has space for a maximum of 3 adult guests has been lovingly furnished.  The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and sofa bed, table, rocking chair, CD player and a TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, radio with CD player. There is also a dining table with chairs.   The bedroom has two comfortable single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. Here you will also find a mini library, with Ostfrieslandkrimis for long evenings!  Upon arrival, beds are already made with linen, fresh towels are provided and a welcome drink is waiting for you.  For a 3. Guest can be provided on request an extra bed on the couch in the living area. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request free of charge.   Our guests can also use an internet wi-fi connection for free.  The bathroom is equipped with toilet, hair dryer and vanity. The shower is located in a separate room next to it. Both sanitary rooms have natural light. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.  In the garden of the house our guests can use a sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities and fountains, as well as the Muschelbeet with beach chair or the sitting area in the shade garden under high trees.   Attention, in this apartment no pets are allowed!

Welcome to the heart of East Frisia!  Visit us in the district of Warsingsfehn, in the municipality of Moormerland and stay in one of our two cozy non-smoking apartments, the "Ostfriesenstübchen", 45 sqm, up to 3 adults, or the "Moorkate", 56 sqm, up to 4 adults. A welcome drink awaits you on arrival.  Both apartments are modern and lovingly furnished (separate entrance, 1 living room, WiFi, terrace with barbecue and sitting area in the shade garden under tall trees, beach chair) and are located in the earth or First floor of a residential building.   On arrival, the beds are already made with linen and there are fresh towels ready.   Further details can be found in the detailed description of the holiday apartment.  A parking lot is available directly at the house. A garaging for bicycles is available by arrangement. Our house is centrally located in the district Warsingsfehn.   A bathing area by the lake can be found just 2 km away. Biking and hiking trails are also available. Several well-kept pubs and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Our place and the beautiful surroundings are definitely worth a holiday, even in the cold season!

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
