The spacious, bright living room with lake view is furnished with a cozy sitting area with TV and radio as well as the dining area for 6 persons. The well-equipped modern full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob is open in the living room. Both bedrooms in the lower living area are equipped with a double bed with separate mattress and ample closet space. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet are available, both equipped with a window. Both bedrooms have access to a common, large, opens to the patio balcony which promises sun all day. For the children are in the attic 2 separate bedrooms each with a single bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with an additional TV. The parking is located on the property and is the apartment assigned. For the bicycle storage room in the villa is provided.

The eight-kilometer beach connects Bansin with the other seaside resorts Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The piers in Bansin or Heringsdorf walk in 15 to 20 minutes. The centers of these two cities offer an exciting arts and cultural summer. Scores of shops, restaurants and bars await their guests.   The Villa Ida-Marie is located in a prominent location right on the beach promenade Bansiner on the same land on which the three houses Atlantic / Baltic / Nordic form the Seeresidenz. The villa with only three apartments has been lovingly renovated and modern furnishings. About a private beach access to the Promenade and the beach. Fresh sea air is guaranteed here.
