This condo features a beautiful, spacious shared front patio, easily accessible through the living room. Here, you can dine alfresco under the umbrella or relax and recharge in a comfortable shaded seating nook between various adventures. A barbecue grill makes meals easy when they need to be. You'll also be near plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and social clubs, and there is a convenience store and a laundromat within a block.

This unique single-floor gem is beautifully furnished and appointed. The large living room has a large TV and a comfortable seating cluster.

Additional amenities include WiFi and cable.

This vacation rental does not provide access to a washer/dryer.

Great Beach side Holiday
The perfect beach house for our 4 week stay, it was close enough to the beach to take a v.short walk to enjoy a sunset drink or in the morning or a plate of cereal on the beach. AC whilst not used extensively was proven to be efficient and quiet, double glazing worked well to keep out aircraft noise (something to note if planing a holiday in these parts), kitchen was well equiped. The apartment was really just perfect and well presented we would rent it again !

Comfy and convenient
Easy to get to and from attractions from mission bay. The little condo was very comfortable and clean. The only negative were the towel racks in the master bathroom- the bars dropped out as soon as removed the towel! I would still use the same location again. A minute walk to the beach.

Perfect vacation spot
This place was perfect for our family beach trip! Highly recommend staying here. And we plan to be back to stay again for our next beach trip! Location was perfect ! Lazy eye coffee is fabulous and Sarah’s Mexican food was delicious!

Perfect location for the beach!
We had a great week here. The house has lovely decor and the kitchen is modern and well equipped - all as described and as per the photos (although there should be a little more attention given to cleaning the cupboards and the bin drawer in particular between guests). Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The house is in the perfect location for the beach or bay and for Belmont Park - with lots of shops, restaurants & bars within a short walking distance. All the neighbours were friendly too. It was great to have access to the beach items in the external cupboard - chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. The courtyard area to the back with the shower hose was really useful for rinsing sand off before entering the house - it would be useful to have a key/code for the patio door as well as the gate so you do not then have to walk back around to the front of the house to get back in - we weren’t comfortable leaving the sliding door unlocked even though the gate had a code. As another review mentioned it would also be useful to have a drying rack - it was hard to get the bath towels dry in between showers. The management company - Vacasa - were responsive and readily available, however I did find them a bit inflexible at times and as they aren’t local they don’t always know the specifics about the property. If you need luggage storage before or after check-in / check-out I highly recommend Bounce at Mission Beach Rentals, Belmont - great service.

Absolutely delightful!
This property packs so much into a small space, but you never feel cramped! The layout is fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need and is finished out in style. The mattresses were particularly comfortable. The locations is perfectly nestled near the ocean as well as quaint coffee shops and brunch spots. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location!
We spent 4 nights/five days in this house. 2 teen boys, my Husband and myself. This house was perfectly sized for our family. Kitchen table is a little small, but it was so nice outside that we ate on the patio a couple of times. The amenities in the kitchen were great, and we were able to cook a couple of meals to save money. We all slept very comfortably and quietly. The beach access was so easy - we walked down the short path to get there. Convenient walk to Belmont park. Nice to have 2 parking spots in the back and the neighbor is very friendly. Short walk to coffee, restaurants, and the market. We would definitely stay here again!

Little blue house
Location location location was so perfect! We loved our little blue house it was super clean, right size and equipped with everything you might need. Thankfully we only had one car this trip because the second spot was occupied almost the whole time we were staying. If you need two parking spots make sure the owner has both open for you. Only other thing I’d say is a towel drying rack or somewhere to hang things to dry because no washer and dryer. We tried the storage closet and the code would not work for us. We contacted the company and never heard back. Wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We will be back we loved our stay and everything about this house! Thanks you!

Love this place!

Great Vacation Spot
This was a great house for a much needed vacation. It was clean, cute, and it was close to some great coffee shops. We were steps from the beach boardwalk and then we crossed the street and rode beach cruisers on the bay side. The two parking spaces were also great because parking in Mission Beach can sometimes be challenging. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach House!
This condo is literally steps from the beach. We enjoyed the well equipped home during our stay in Mission Beach. The provided parking space was a plus. Also very thankful for the provided beach towels and toys. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated as well.

clearer/more instructions for keyless entries. More hand towels & ,kitchen towels. We manually locked back door after looking on Google could lock the front door. Very cute beachy decorated inside & the front porch was lovely. Fan on the back deck is dangling.

Fabulous location
This location is hard to beat! Steps to ocean and the weather was great in late November. Kitchen was updated and easy to use. Parking was easy with two spots dedicated for this location. Great coffee just steps away and lots of places to eat in walking distance. It was a bit difficult to figure out the TV, but I didn’t mind as there was so much to do. I would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely Mission Beach Vacation House
We loved this property steps from the beach and across the street from the bay. The home was beautifully decorated and well laid out for our needs. I really liked have an enclosed back patio to rinse off ourselves and beach stuff before entering the home. We want to live here.

Awesome Place Right Next to the Beach
