This home’s recent complete interior and exterior remodel has transformed this home into a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath, 1-story, 1,700 sq. luxury cottage in the quaint village of Cardiff - where you are close to many local attractions and can also easily enjoy the more “yesteryear” aspects of a small(er) community along the coast. Walk up the beautifully landscaped walkway and open the gate to a beautifully presented outside-shaded seating cluster that instantly invites you to relax. A couple of steps down a beautiful fire pit area with comfortable seating also awaits you. This partly grassy outdoor area is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or the ever-changing colors of the western sunsets. Additional outside amenities include a six-person Jacuzzi, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a bocci ball court. Also, a Ping-Pong table is set up in the garage so indoor/outdoor living and entertainment are super easy here.
A beautiful cathedral ceiling great room features a living room with a gas fireplace, a large TV, and a ceiling fan - all of which you can enjoy from the comfortable seating cluster. La Cantina doors open to the beautiful outside oasis. A dining area for 6 accompanies the living room area, as does a beautifully remodeled kitchen that has all the appliances and amenities you need to satisfy all of your culinary desires. Just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. Three high-top stools at the kitchen island are a great place to supervise - or cheer on - the cook.
This home has three bedrooms: a king master with a ceiling fan, a large TV, and a comfortable seating nook. It has easy access to the hot tub outside and an en suite bath with a large soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds, one of the twins has an additional twin trundle bed underneath, so this home comfortably sleeps seven beds. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and they share a beautiful bath with a high-end tub with an overhead shower. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the garage, high-speed WIFI, a Bluetooth stereo receiver you can connect to, and three driveway parking spots.
Choose this vacation oasis, one mile or 10-minute walk to San Elijo State Beach and you will definitely feel like you are experiencing a beautiful little slice of paradise. And it is very likely that you will create precious memories here that will last a lifetime. This home is two-and-a-half miles from San Diego Botanic Garden and six miles from Powerhouse Park & Beach.

Special events and commercial filming are prohibited per Encinitas Municipal code 9.38.050 U and V.
U. No Special Events Permitted on site. Wedding, corporate events, commercial functions, and any other similar events that have the potential to cause traffic, parking, noise or other problems in the neighborhood are prohibited at the short-term rental property or as a component of the short-term rental activities.
V. No Commercial filming. No commercial filming shall occur on site of the short term rental property concurrently with an active short term rental permit
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a $15 seasonal charge for hot tub use.
There is ongoing construction taking place at the house across the street diagonally, and guests should expect related noise between 8 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
