Are you looking for a Vail ski home with an easy access to the resort? Do not look further!
Our two-story 3 bedroom ~ 2 bathroom residence in West Vail is the home you are looking for! Sleeps 6!

Our place is surrounded by nature, with hiking trails nearby and skiing at Vail Mountain Resort just a few minutes away. The atmospheric mountain town of Vail Village is a couple minutes drive from our door, putting you close to art galleries, boutique shopping and a fabulous dining scene combining upscale restaurants with casual, après ski eateries. The additional bonus is you are about 300 steps from the free bus route for easy access to the slopes and throughout town. With that said you can reach the heart of Lionshead and Vail Villages throughout the day and late into night very simple.
Approximately 5 minutes away in West Vail are grocery and liquor stores, sporting goods, gourmet coffee options, fast food, popular bars, restaurants, and more. However it is really far enough to be away from the crowds of Vail and Lionshead Villages giving you peace and relaxation throughout your stay.

IN THE HOUSE:
When you walk in and enter the lower level, this is where you'll find an open interconnected kitchen with a cozy dining area, and a living room. You'll find a hall closet to store your shoes, boots, skis, hats, helmets, jackets all inside. Also available on this floor is a bathroom, and a washing and drying machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, featuring new granite counter-tops. It has an assortment of spices, oils, condiments and coffee supplies. It is well organized to easily prepare snacks and meals.
An open concept kitchen/dining area/living room offers a great social space for your group. Whip up a hot meal for everyone, and then bring steaming bowls of food to the big wooden dining table that seats six for a family style dinner. Gather together on the couch watching your favorite movies, playing cards or simply sharing the stories of the day or making new plans for tomorrow. The wood burning fireplace* is a great place to warm up or relax as you watch for wildlife that comes to the creek to drink some water. This property has an attractive outdoor balcony on the back side of the building, with an open view of the Gore Creek.
All three bedrooms are located on the top level. Both masters have a queen sized bed and the kid’s bedroom has a bunk bed with two twins. All the bedrooms have access to the second bathroom.
This unit has all you need for an affordable getaway in Vail. It is thoughtfully furnished with all the amenities you expect: comfortable furniture, a large flat screen TV in the living room, a Blue-Ray/DVD player, private high speed Wi-Fi, and luxurious linens. A wood burning fireplace* provides instant warmth and ambiance on frosty mornings and evenings at home as you savor your Vail hideaway.
One parking space is reserved for you located next to your front door.
Thinking of bringing the kids? Our location offers several parks nearby such as Stephens Park, which is only half of a mile away and has a lovely playground. You can also hop on either bus line to easily reach Donovan Park or Red Sandstone Park.

Legendary winter skiing is a given, but do not underestimate the wonders of summer and fall in Vail. Choose our West Vail unit to enjoy concerts, art, music and dance festivals, farmers' markets, golf, tennis, fly fishing, horseback riding, excellent restaurants, fascinating boutiques, biking, hiking, rafting, scenic gondola rides, zip lining, alpine roller coaster, scenic drives, and more. Vail has an abundance of gorgeous hiking trails to experience beautiful wildflowers, breathtaking vistas, and splendid autumn colors.
In winter, the famous Vail ski slopes are minutes away. Other snowy activities include ice skating, snow mobile tours, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, and horse drawn sleigh rides. This place is the perfect base camp for all of the above, or for simply snuggling by the fire and enjoying puzzle night or a movie on the large living room TV.
This unit is an affordable townhome with a convenient location, good quality finishes, furnishings, and linens. This is a great home base for your Vail vacation, which won’t break a bank and offers everything for making great memories and an experience of a life time!

The property is located right in between Vail and Beaver Creek. Perfect if you are in the area to ski multiple locations. No frills but clean and convenient .
