Überraschend ruhig

Schön und durchdacht ausgestattetes Einzimmer-Appartement in ruhiger Wohngegend. Dennoch ist das Stadtteilzentrum mit kleinen Lokalen und vielen Geschäften sehr nah.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist größer als erwartet und war sehr sauber. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Verkehrsgeräusche zur einen Seite werden von den Fenstern sehr gut gedämmt, zur anderen Seite ist es völlig ruhig, sodass man gut lüften kann. Sie liegt sehr zentral in Wandsbek, wenige Minuten vom Zentrum mit U-Bahnstation, Busknotenpunt, Einkauf- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten sind jede Menge vorm Haus und in direkterer Nähe vorhanden. Die Übergabe war völlig problemlos.

Schöne Wohnung für tollen Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Fernsehen ist vom Bett aus möglich. Der Ortsteil Wandsbek bietet viele Einkaufs- und Gastronomie-Möglichkeiten. Das Zentrum von Hamburg haben wir mit unseren E-Bikes gut erreichen können. Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen: Bei geöffneten Fenstern waren Schienen- und Autoverkehr in der Nähe gut hörbar. Die Wohnung selber ist schön gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht...

Aufenthalt in Wandsbek

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Entspannte und reibungslose Organisation mit dem Vermieter. Schallschutzfenster dämmen den Strassenlärm gut weg. Leider mangels Aussenjalousien nachts etwas hell.

Expérience agréable ....

Petit appartement ,équipement assez complet et proche des transports ainsi que des commerces .Accueil très chaleureux . Cependant beaucoup d'escaliers pour y accéder ,pas pratique et je ne pense pas que c'était indiqué dans l'annonce.

5 angenehme Übernachtungen in HH

Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen, vor allen Dingen alles sauber. Gute Betten, Matratzen waren für uns Ok, Empfehlung: der "Frühstückstisch" war uns deutlich zu klein. Der schöne große Raum verträgt ohne weiteres einen größeren Tisch, an dem man mal die Zeitung lesen kann oder am Laptop arbeiten / ein Spiel spielen kann.

kleine,gemütliche und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung

Gut ausgestattete FeWo. Nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet,da es nur ein Raum ist. Aber super als Paar nutzbar oder für einen Aufenthalt z.B. bei einem Kongress.

Sauber und ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Was man noch nachrüsten könnte wären größere Tassen, wie z. B. Kaffeebecher. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man keine Geräusche. Gleich in der Nähe ist die UBahnstation, vorort sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Drei tolle Tage zum Hafengeburtstag in Hamburg!

Sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete FeWo in zentraler Lage. 5 Min. fussläufig zur U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ruhiger Lage am Park gelegen. Freundlicher Empfang und unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe durch Herrn Wölk. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen. Gruß aus Düsseldorf.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit prima Betten!

Ferienwohnung gut, Zugang gewöhnungsbedürftig

Die Ferienwohnung war soweit in Ordnung, traumhaft ist allerdings etwas übertrieben, jedoch war der Zugang zu dieser Wohnung etwas ungewöhnlich. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist n u r über Außentreppen erreichbar. Die erste Treppe vom Garten in den ersten Stock besteht aus einer steilen Stahltreppe mit Gitterroststufen, die bei Regenwetter rutschig sind. Bei Regen und Wind mit Gepäck ist dieser Zugang alles andere als angenehm für ältere Leute. Wir haben solche Treppen eher bei Industiebauten gesehen. Ganz allgemein haben wir uns aufgrund dieses Zugangs vom außen nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt, zumal das Nachbarhaus sowie das Gartengrundstück durch die Bauarbeiten im Vorderhaus einen vernachlässigten Eindruck machten. Hätten wir die Umgebung und den Zugang zu dieser Wohnung gekannt, hätten wir sie bestimmt nicht gemietet.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wider.
