Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a shower room with a toilet - 3 flat-screen TVs. Enclosed garden in front and back with a terrace in each garden - A fixed barbecue at the rear, 2 parasols, and 2 sun loungers. - Private parking space number 4 in the Residence - One pet allowed but no cats - Cleaning service available: €108.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
